unit includes both a 1.25m and a 2/.70m antenna
Only issue that I didn't consider in advance is that I've got to carry a second antenna. The 145/440 antenna doesn't work with the 1.25m band. Similarly, the 220 antenna doesn't work with 2m or 70cm bands The radio does include both antennas.

Great Product and more importantly customer servic
Overall, this thing is great! Every time i have had a small complaint or something I didn't like about it, there was a setting that i was able to change to improve things. I think may have a little too much interference on 2.4 GHZ in my house so we do have to raise the antenna on the monitor in several rooms to get it to stay connected to the camera. Unfortunately, this eventually led to the antenna snapping. I reached out to customer support and they worked with me to get a replacement monitor shipped out so that I did not need to buy and entire new unit. Alex in customer support was patient, helpful, and great to talk to.The whole experience has been great and I'm very happy with the product overall, which is a huge relief. I'm a big fan of Anker products (In fact, I got in a new soundcore speaker a few hours after speaking with Alex about this monitor) and thankfully this didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth whatsoever, unlike my other recent experience with Logitech/UE! Again, very impressed, thank you!

Awesome Baby Monitor, worth the money
Bought this monitor before my baby was born. Once I moved her to her room I started to use . The sound and picture quality is amazing. The range for the camera is also great I can take it to my backyard and still be able to view and hear perfectly with the antenna. I recently had to contact customer service due to charge. They were extremely amazing quick to respond and walk me thru to figure out the issue. Would DEFINITELY recommend ❤️

Finally!!!
Every place I've lived in the past decade or so has had terrible reception inside. I've been waiting for a product like this to make my cell phone work better at home. The device basically comes in two pieces. There's an antenna that needs to be installed either on the roof or a tall pole. The other part stays inside the house. The hardest part of the installation is finding the right spot for the outside antenna. Once you've mastered that, the rest is cake. I consistently only got a bar or two except for one spot in the house. This device made an immediate improvement. I don't get full bars, but it's enough to take calls and have people be able to actually hear me. If you should happen to need to contact customer service, they're excellent and very patient. If you don't have a landline at home, this is a good investment. I HIGHLY recommend this device.Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. Easy setup with a computer
Way more than we needed for opposite ends of a 1700sqft house but we get wifi in the yard. Wasn't able to use my Google Pixel 4 to set it up. We weren't able to use a cheap android either but the laptop worked quickly. Haven't had a problem with signal and we have been using for several weeks. Bought as a replacement for the same one. The antenna can not withstand curious toddlers so be cautious where you put it.

Great product. Call the company direct if you have any questions on which product to by for your needs. This one works amazing. There are still dead spots though. Best part is, I have full bars and Lte or 5G. All my other coworkers in their trucks have little to no signal. Well worth the money. Install is not long. About 10-20 minutes tops. If you can’t install that tall antenna. But the flat winged one for like $20 on Amazon. Strongly suggest for travelers.

Excellent customer service
I gave 5 stars for their excellent customer support. Gladys R to be specific. She's courteous, prompt and was able to help me get a replacement for the faulty original unit. The wireless connectivity degraded over time and became non-functional. Audio loss happens frequently. Kept getting lost connection. The replacement unit works better but connectivity still isn't that stable. There are dead spots in the house even within 15ft. I think there's a design flaw with the antenna

Works like it should, but very flimsy cords
I bought this to get better reception in the piney woods of east Texas. It did boost my cell signal (most of the time but it really is out in the country). The cord for the interior antenna is way too flimsy. The first time I used it the cord came unattached from the silver thing that plugs into the main piece. I tried to put it back together but I'm not sure if it is working right now. Seems to me for this amount of money the quality would be rock solid. I would not buy this again due to this issue.

Customer service went above and beyond!
We’ve been using this monitor for 2 1/2 years, and started experiencing issues with the antenna and the range of the monitor out of the blue. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. I was able to speak with a service agent via email over the weekend, and get my issue resolved in less than 48 hours. This monitor is not only a quality monitor compared to its competitors, but it’s customer service makes it the best choice out there!
