RTSP Fixed
UPDATE: Eufy has fixed the cameras. After initial setup, RTSP seems to be stable even if internet goes out.OLD REVIEW: These cameras claim to support RTSP, which means they should work purely within the confines of a home network. But they don't: they require internet access 24/7 or else they will not work at all. So if you're uncomfortable about your video being viewed by others, DO NOT BUY.

It fixed the problem
We purchased this to boost our signal after eliminating cable and going with streaming (4 tvs over 3 floors of a townhouse). It fixed all our issues. only 4 stars on Easy to Install....it's not difficult, but you DO need to follow the instructions. We found it more complicated than another booster, but it's more powerful. Even after relocating the modem and router, things remain strong.

No Documentation (Fixed!)
The product arrived with no documentation on setup or use. The QR code led to a site that didn't seem to have this specific product listed.Edit: Rating changed from 3 star to 5 star. The vendor contacted me to help and there is now documentation on their site. Plugs configured easily. Recommended.

Better than expected!
I bought this as an interim solution to my laptop camera getting fixed. I was blown away at the quality of the image from a device that didn’t cost an arm and a leg to buy. The sound might come through slightly unclear at times but not overly noticeable. I could switch to laptop mics. Overall, such bright and clear image quality.

Fixed the issue
11/12/21 Update: I received the replacement. It works beautifully. Four stars for the difficulty in getting the problem fixed, but I really appreciate the effort on behalf of the company to make this right.10/26/21 Update: After seeing my review, the company reached out to me today and offered a replacement product. I have accepted their offer. Will update this post again after receiving the product.Product screen came on with "Welcome," and that is where it ended. Menu wouldn't work, replay wouldn't work. Tried to return it, you can't. Tried to enter my number so they would call me regarding product malfunction, formatting also malfunctioned and wouldn't accept my number. I am left with a $70 piece of junk and no recourse!

Fixed the PS4
My 13 year old son was convinced his broken ps4 needed a hard drive, and gave me his own money to buy this for him online. I have no idea how to replace a hard drive, He got it in easily, but then spent about 2 weeks trying to get it to work. He finally succeeded by downloading stuff on a separate drive and plugging it into the playstation. It has been working perfectly for a couple months now.
