If you are on the fence, consider this: a night out with your significant other at a Japanese-style karaoke private room experience will cost you about the same as this kit.Out of the box, I couldn’t get this kit to work because I wanted to run it through my Yamaha RX-A1079 receiver and newish 4K Samsung TV. To get the music from your TV’s YouTube app to mix with your mics and through your receiver, you’ll need an optical converter. I picked one up for about $15 through Amazon.Once I ran the optical from my TV to the converter and then the converter to my karaoke receiver and then my karaoke receiver through my Yamaha receiver, this kit worked like a charm. Sounds complicated but it isn’t really...and it’s worth the effort.Details:• the mics sound very good for the price but felt at times that I had to hold them close to the mouth to pick up my voice clearly.• the receiver is compact which is nice• the mics are very light and take 2 AA batteries each• make sure that all volume controls are at 0 every time you turn on your receiver to start. You don’t want to blow your speakers out. Turn your karaoke receiver volume levels to about 50%-65% and then only use your receiver volume control after that. This ensures that you don’t underestimate the volume pumped through your speakers.

Solid performer for its size. Bought for my 2 kids to use indoor/ outdoor. Nice overall clean & balanced sound while able to deliver good bass. Will test Bluetooth range in the summer. Having listened to Paradigm, Klipsch speakers in the house for over 20yrs, this Flip4 is pretty comparable in delivering clean sound.

It is too early to give these 5 stars. But, they sound much better than the Yamaha or Klipsch speakers. Yamahas are significantly cheaper and sound it. I have owned Klipsch speakers in the past and view the brand favorably, but these sound significantly better than their outdoor offerings. Bass response is good for an outdoor, small(ish) speaker and the concept of reflecting the bass off the wall of the house does appear to work. But, it is the crispness of the mids and highs that is really remarkable. I was not thinking "imaging" or soundstage replication for speakers 15 feet above the patio and close to 20 feet apart, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were only installed a few days ago and, having only a few uses so far, I am quite impressed. These sound like "real" speakers - which is hard to say for many competing products. (BTW, install was very easy. Two screws per speaker bracket (not included) and a stud finder and the job was very straightforward.) Both a neighbor and my wife had the same "Wow" reaction to the sound quality as I did, even using a compressed, streamed audio source.Update: after a year outside, I have upped my star rating and have to profess my love for these speakers. I stream from an iPhone to an appleTV to a decent receiver via optical cable and the sound is really excellent - even when using pandora or other Internet radio as the source. Love 'em. Buy them and don't look back. I got a deal on open box ones via Amazon's Warehouse and could not be happier.

We are in our early 70s and have had the typical difficulties in perceiving dialogue in some video and tv programming. We replaced our otherwise good speakers with Klipsch for our system and noticed a significant improvement in clarity and quality of spoken sound. 'T'aint cheap, but in our case was worth it.

Haven't actually used much, will use soon. It was easy to hook up with my 1970 Pioneer receiver that had a speaker input perfect for this equipment. It goes through 8 speakers on my pier which seemed to come in good.

I happen to love Klipsch, so this did not disappoint. If you are seeking a bluetooth speaker for the kitchen, travel or just because you don't want to play your receiver/sub-woofer, this is the speaker for you. It delivers big sound in a small package. It was well worth it. It sounds better than my LG soundbar.

Speaker sounds good and looks good. A great deal for a Klipsch product.

Excellent value. They replace a $400 Klipsch speaker that failed. Good sound quality at a great price.
