One stopped working in couple months
Good brightness but one stopped working within coupon months… waste of money. Change my review to 4 stars as the company provided a replacement for the broken one very quick and good communication.

First one not working the replacement is spot on
The title says it all, bought it for a present for my wife who has only recently told me that it has never worked properly, so will be contacti g the seller for a replacement. Will update once I have.Replaced by seller and this one is working as advertised.

Just wish buttons didn’t give out.
First one I got 4 year’s ago was amazing. Lost it the next one button and charge stopped working and this one the buttons stopped until battery wore out now working again

Hearing ampifier
The Pocketalker Ultra is very helpful but find that the headphone, even at it's smallest adjustment setting is still too large for the average woman's head. It falls off. I also found that one earbud wasn't enough. Had to buy a different headphone. With the correct accessory the Pocketalker Ultra is a good buy.

Comfort
I've used product by Mpow for about 5 years. My old ear buds started to come apart (photo), so I ordered these I also have the headphone which are great when I am working. For the price of their product I give them a thumbs up.
