Go sky Titon has all the features you could want at a very good price . It is a sturdy product but not too heavy . I initially had a small issue that customer service solved immediately .

Great customer service
I brought this because of the awesome rating. I even recommended to friends. Sadly, it stopped working after only 13 months. There were no sound. I reached out to customer service. Kristine Z from Customer service were very helpful and patience. She responded very quickly and replaced my camera with a new one. This is one of the best monitor and customer service I have received.

Great thought, but not for my type of car
This product caught my attention! But when I got it and tried it out on my car, it didn't work for the air vents that I had. The customer service team reached out after returning the product and were so appreciative of the feedback that they supplied be a product that may function my car best! The customer service was impeccable! Would work with them!! :) 5 stars for the customer service! Mahalo Team!

This company stands by it's products. Wrote an average review and the company took the time to reach out, find out why only average and resolved thing's making the camera average. Outstanding....will use them again!

Great microphones , but customer service was lacki
Great product but was sent the wrong charger for the mic. And customer service was lacking wanted me to send a ton of stuff to get one. Did buy my own charger cable. They get 1 star for customer service but 5 star for product.

Good headphones and great customer service
I love the product. Ear pads were faulty 14 months into the 16 month warranty. I received a no hassle replacement after contacting customer service.Plan on buying other products from Anker because of the great customer service.

Great lock
We purchased this lock a few months ago but had some issues recently. The customer service whose name is Green is extremely helpful and gave us a quick response and fixed the issue. Very responsible customer service person.

I ended up bought three of them...
I like this wireless security camera a lot. Easy to install, easy to use, the picture on the video is great. Day and night vision both are so clear. Have a little problem afterward and contact customer service. They have excellent customer service. They are really helpful and polite. They helped me dealing with the trouble that I had. Their response really fast. I am really satisfied with customer service.
