Excellent camera and best customer service
Best picture quality! Also, I lost the mount for the camera, called their customer service and they sent me one for free. Highly recommend this company

Easy set up. Picture quality is good. I found the remote to be the most sensitive and the best as compared to other brands in this price range.

Not the best when it comes to picture quality.
The picture quality is not the best but acceptable for zoom meetings. When taking into consideration of its price point, I think it is a very adequate one.

Make sure monitors same resolution
Great product, Just have to make sure monitors are of the same (best image quality) pixels so that picture shows up properly and not distorted on one
