Must buy item!
Coolife 21mp game trail camera:RETURNED for possible failed menu setting buttons after 28 days of use (might have been my incompetence). In contacting the company, and to their credit, they replaced the camera. The company answered my queries within 24 hours and were pleasant to work with. It was nice to find service after the sale.BATTERIES:Between July 20th and November 25th I've replaced the batteries twice. No judgement. I've recorded on average 2-3 photos every night and reviewed the findings on the trail cam screen every morning. Using the camera screen is more battery intensive than pulling the SD card and viewing it on a computer so I'm okay with the battery life being shorter than stated. I bought an AC POWER SUPPLY(photo) so I'd no longer need batteries. The trail cam is working like a champ on the AC supply with no batteries in the battery compartment.

It smells~!
It does a pretty good job with the noise cancellation. But the plastic smell is pretty strong..It has been 2 weeks and still smells, I am waiting to see if the smell goes away, if not I might have to return it.

A great product and even better customer service!
I bought a Q20 Headphone this past April primarily to use outdoors while gardening, etc. It had exceeded my expectations and I ended up using it all the time. For Christmas 2021 I bought 2 more for my family they are that good. The sound quality is excellent, the noise-cancelling equally so and you can use it wired and wirelessly.What really has me stoked about this product is the customer service. The product comes with an 18-month warranty. So if you run into a legitimate issue with the product Anker Soundcore will REPLACE your product. REALLY!YUP! I had my original Q20 headphones crack in a place that would not allow the earpiece to sit properly on my ears. I taped it up but that didn't work so I reached out to Anker Soundcore, completed the online form, sent them pictures and they kindly sent me a brand new product! That is exceptional customer service. Talk about exceeding expectations and creating a customer for life! WOW!
