Great all-purpose mini-light!
Just starting using and so far very pleased with my Lume Cube mini panel. Found an small, old tripod (screw-type) meant for DSLR camera that holds the light perfectly. It can also be handheld or set down on a flat surface. I like the ease of use: press button, then up/down for temp or brightness controls. Diffuser is helpful too. Even at 50%, the light is almost too bright to view directly. Have yet to see about battery life. Charging is simple—just as you would an iPhone, with attached USB cord. Now, it works best for illuminating just the face, as there’s not enough light and it’s too small for full-body shots. Overall, very pleased and makes a great addition to my iPhoneography toolbox.

Provides a very balanced light for my computer des
The light required no assembly and attached to the desk with the provided clamp. The three light temperatures range from warm glow to bright daylight and that coupled with the ability to dim or brighten provides a wide range of lighting options. The LED's are cool and do not generate heat. The design provides a multitude of mounting options which gives you the flexibility to position the light source as needed. I placed the light bar approximately 24 inches above my desk and 2 inches above my elevated monitor.

very secure on the dash and holds my phone well
I bought this because the cell phone holders on an arm just didn't seems to be able to hold my Note 8. This thing sits flat on my dash, is very well secured since the base is broad and the sticky on bottom works well. It's super easy to slide your phone into and holds it securely. The only issue i have is since it holds the phone by it's sides and not the top and bottom is it can trigger some of the buttons on the side of the phone like volume, or in my case, the Bixby button. But, as long as you put it in slightly to one side, or just make sure the top or bottom aren't hitting any buttons, it's not an issue. This solved a problem for me and I'm glad i bought it.

I don't want to downrate a perfectly good product, but I would advise any prospective buyer to see whether ANY item put into your console is usable. In my case, the forward cuphole actually puts the phone behind my elbow, when in a driving position. In addition, the phone sits perpendicular to, and only two inches away from, my emergency brake handle, resulting in hand scraping unless I am extra careful. A good product, buy not for my car.

Very clear dial even without my glasses on
Very clear and easy to use and set up.Struggled attaching the straps, not easy. Also found the supposed 1.3 dial is much larger so that's misleading.

Very audible while attached to my belt at 20MPH
Best $50 I've ever spent. If you ride EUC and you want to upgrade from your phone speaker without impeding your hearing by shoving drivers in your helmet, this is where to go. I imagine it would also be great if you road bike, since then you could strap it to your handlebars, and it would be closer to your ears. I keep it strapped to my belt loop, which works wonderfully, and doesn't bounce around on small potholes like the speakers with carabiners do (which also have some difficulty fitting onto handlebars). It's very audible while going pretty fast, and it lasts a good while. I get about 6 hours with the volume maxed the whole time. It's advertised as "Up to 8 hours", which I feel is underselling it. Under a worst-case scenario, it lasts six. This is the only cheap and small speaker that I've used that also has any bass, and it scales beautifully with an EQ. "Xbass technology" is obviously marketing fluff, but the bass really is there and really is quite good given its size (it's like three square inches) and price. And it sounds good at speed! I really can't emphasize that enough. It is very durable as well, I've taken a couple of falls with it on me, and it survived better than I did. If you crashed directly onto it, it would probably be a different story, but it handled the gravel, asphalt, and water like a champ. Just don't plug it in while the charging port is wet. It does stream over SBC, but at $50 and 9 watts it really doesn't make that much of an impact. Besides, you weren't expecting hi-res audio with a Bluetooth speaker anyways. Is it the best speaker I've ever used? No.Is it the best you can get for $50? Well...If you care about portability, bass, durability, and volume, then I've yet to see a better competitor.
