This was purchased to use with my Olympus 12-45mm pro lens. Amazon Basics continues to surprise me with their less expensive options to other expensive gear. It just works! I hope Amazon continues to make high quality less expensive alternatives. So far all the Amazon Basics products I have bought have been awesome, or maybe I have just been very lucky! either way, I now look for Amazon Basics products before I make a purchase.

I Purchased this one’s originally about three years ago and recently lost it. I am extremely excited to have it back as I ordered a replacement. The detail is amazing and I would highly highly recommend this brand. I use it on my iPhone 12 max pro. One of the photos I took is the white woven fabric of my pajama pants…..soo cool. You just need to make sure you’re using it on the right lens, bottom one for the IPhone 12 max pro.

I found this unit to be a surprisingly great bang for the buck. Definitely does what it's supposed to do, easy to use and very portable. Exceeded my expectations, battery life seems to be very good, still on my original alkaline AA's after a fair amount of use. Didn't notice if a carrying case was offered for additional$$ if not it would be a good idea to offer one as well as lens cap/covers. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a affordable night vision unit.

Bought for filming Airsoft action. It works perfectly for the price. No "Fisheye" lens, so the video looks close to natural perception as I had hoped. Comes with 2 Batteries which lasted me throughout the full day. Was able to attach it to my Paintball Mask using 2 zip ties. Comes with a variety of great mounting hardware. Bought a second one. Would recommend!Bought a Cheaper unit from another company with similar performance specs, to have as a second unit, but the Cheaper one didn't come with a Case or Charger!!

Wow! I can't believe that I didn't order this sooner. What a difference these lights have made! It's contrast of night & day. The portable case makes it easy to carry. This especially great since I am petite. It is also easy to assemble & disassemble. I don't need any help. 1,2,3, and I'm done. To coin AT&T, it's that simple. Lol. Thanks a million. My pictures have improved by 100%. I have a great lens but the lighting is equally important.

Works just fine, love the extra light, good price. The only thing I really didn't like, but appreciated, was the USB card included that takes you to a tutorial on the web for how to use the lens. They could have just given you the website. I feel like the inclusion of the USB was wasteful and unnecessary, but again I appreciated the effort. Great product over all. I was able to take a close up of an eye for my band GAVIOTAS' new album cover. Thanks Xenvo!

Fast shipping and arrived in pristine condition. Unboxing was easy. Watch the videos with the enclosed USB for some tips. Solid construction and I was surprised at the weight. Must be glass and not a plastic lens. Macro is clear. Wide angle is great too. Nice little LED for low light or for creating light conditions for effect. LED is rechargeable and the USB cord is included. I was impressed with the quality and my wife is pleased as I got it for her...which means I'm pleased. Oh, lifetime warranty too.

*****UPDATED EDIT 06/30/2020*****Akaso reached out to me about my experience and offered to redeem themselves by sending the latest updated version of their camera from the factory to see if there's been any improvements. I'm still thoroughly testing and discovering where the flaws are between the old camera and new, but I will say this, their customer service is incredible.When they reached out to me, since this is an offbrand GoPro basically, I was skeptical and emailed their customer service dept. immediately for confirmation. They got back to me very quickly, and confirmed the person who had reached out was indeed part of their team.Jack, the rep who reached out to me has been awesome in answering all of my questions, and accommodating and assisting me. The new camera also comes with a 12 month warranty upon registering, which is pretty incredible and Akaso does honor.For the price and abilities of the camera, in addition to the strong customer service, I've updated my review to reflect the value of this camera. I had to ask Akaso where to find it, as it was difficult to locate on Amazon or ebay.***UPDATED EDIT*** After the casing and bicycle mount broke, I then started using it on my long board. Any bump slightly more than just going down a normal sidewalk causes either the battery or the SD card to disconnect, deleting all footage from current recording. The battery door is failing, as well as the padding meant to hold the battery in place during bumps, which I already reinforced once. In order to get any useable footage, every few minutes I have to check that the camera is even still on, let alone recording, then stop recording and restart to ensure footage gets saved. I downgraded this to 2 stars now, and it only gets that because this is still the best off-brand camera I've used to date.I bought this camera a little over a year ago with filming riding my motorcycle on track in mind specifically. I only got to use it a handful of times for that, but have used it for other things, like riding my bicycle around the city, on my longboard, and so on.First, the video quality vary's wildly. For 4k (30fps & 60fps), it looks great. The auto white balance works decently, and the image stabilization is alright too. However, for any other resolution, there's a lot to be desired. The 1080p is blurry and has no detail. The 120fps works alright for slow motion, but again without good quality video it still looks like trash. Plus, the image stabilization only works on 4k, wide angle. While being able to narrow the field of view to look less fish eye like, it immediately disables one of the key features you're paying for at this price.Second, the accessories break EXTREMELY easily. I've had GoPros, and other off brand cameras. I had the Eken 4K camera, that had it's issues as well, but the case survived with just a ding after hitting the ground with the full weight of a motorcycle at 80mph. The lens on the case for the Akaso shattered (made of actual glass too, instead of plastic) after I hit some stairs on my bicycle, and the bicycle mount (also part of the accessories) broke. The same incident also shattered the connector link between the case and bicycle mount, so one indirect impact to the bicycle this was mounted on broke 3 different accessories this camera came from.I still gave this 3 stars because for the price, this is still one of the best action cameras you can find. There's far more issues with cheaper ones, and any more expensive and you might as well buy a used GoPro.
