Gear clicking and stiffness at beginning
The gears are very notchy and click for the first couple hours you use it and it's quite stiff at the beginning

Still running good
Hung this in my shop the day I got it runs almost every day still running good. I think the key factor is to mount it somewhere and leave it be. Others talked about how it broke quickly I can hear the gears grind a little but still running as of the date of this review couple of months now at least

this thing is awesome, i notice people have complained of a high pitched squeal coming from the gears inside this wheel- it is present in mine as well. not a deal breaker, but it was a concern, but it appears "normal"

Decent
It comes “unsuctioned” a couple times a month and the gears of the arms that hold the phone slip sometimes but it holds it most of the time pretty well.

The gears which enable you to do a good job
Received the products in excellent conditions and timely delivery. These gears are easy to set up as user manuals are provided. With a little bit of tender, love and care, these products should be able to last for a while.

Love It!!
An impressive amalgamation of metals, electronics, WIFI, gears, motors, and optics. Well built and it performs as advertised. The sky portal app makes finding and tracking celestial objects so easy. Just touch the object I want to see on my smart phone and the scope automatically finds it and tracks it making for a much more enjoyable experience.

Almost perfect.
The only thing I dont like about this product is the gears inside arent smooth and stick sometimes when changing the size for the phone grip.

Nothing to say about it... Its SM58.
Brought two of them but one is low in sound. Checked with analog and digital gears... No time to send it back.
