Heavier weight and size requires a sturdy tripod base.
Great, sturdy tool. Highly recommend using a strong, heavier grade tripod, as this head is heavier, tending to make the tripod top heavy unless secured. The weight can also be too much for a lighter tripod. The mounting adapter nut will stick on to the tripod unless waxed. This item on its own though is a good , quality purchase!

Very good in most situations
This 4k camera is truly remarkable for the price. Plus It comes with extra accessories. Tip though if you want the best from this camera make sure to get your self an Led light. Great Lighting = Great Pictures/Videos. I'm getting another one for videoing with different angles :)

Great shopping experience!
This camera is very sharp. Compared to the camera I used before, this one has much better color tolerance and sharpness than my previous one. It is also very convenient to use, It transmits sound very clearly and reduces ambient noise. I will buy it again when I need it.

Great low-profile Web Camera!
I needed an external web camera and decided on this one.It was very much plug and play.Setup was a breeze and the camera itself keeps a very low profile on top of the monitor.The picture / video quality is excellent for zoom/teams/webex calls.For $18 (usd) it’s hard to go wrong! Total steal

Great product and company
Wow, what a great company and product. Works as advertised right out of the box. I have an iPhone 6 and all I had to do was go to bluetooth, turn it on and then turn on the remote, it instantly paired and when I opened the camera, it worked the shutter! There is no need to download camera 360 but it is a nice piece of software.

Great Product and Customer Service
I have had this monitor and camera since 2015. I bought 2 additional camera's as I had more children. This monitor has been wonderful. When I have had an issue with it, customer service was fast and easy to deal with. When troubleshooting did not work, the promptly replaced the monitor.

Good Overall
The monitor functions as it should. The reason I gave it four stars is because the picture quality could be better for such an expensive camera. Also, the charging ports seem like they will break eventually. Why not use USB-C ports like most handheld electronics use? Otherwise it's a good camera.

Perfect baby monitor.
This is a great camera at a great cost. I bought it to take on vacations when we stay at airbnbs or family’s house. Has great range and picture quality. Also, the sound is perfect, but make sure you don’t get the monitor near the camera or it makes a high pitched noise.

Solid Camera with rich features
Good video and audio quality. I really liked the how the camera adjust to the low light condition compare to my old logitech carmera. Also the Built-in Privacy Cover is really a huge plus, so I stop wondering if the camera is still on when I need my privacy.
