Love the fingerprint feature!
So many ways to open the door... Amazing!! The only down side is it doesn't have any features in Google assist. Yes, it integrates... But there's nothing you can do with it.

your bluetooth device has to be as close as 2 mete
I dislike the bluetooth range and the finger print reader don't work most of the time

Love the look not the lock
Had to have this when I found it. Matches the rest of my hardware but upon installation it just doesn’t lay correctly and is too lose. We would need to buy a whole new door to use. Super disappointed especially at this price point: wish it could be returned

Shelly help me understand it.
It works as described, BUT most of the time it takes 3 tries.Update: They replaced my lock, and Shelly was very helpful in walking me thru the install on new lock. And now works perfectly. Very very good customer service. Super happy with the results.
