Raymond Hayes provided support to me on two Amcrest cameras I purchased via Amazon that had been disconnected because we changed internet providers. I had made several frustrating attempts to reconnect these cameras myself but after getting on the phone with Raymond he was able to quickly do it in a matter of minutes with no issues. If I have issues again, I will just call Amcrest.

Excellent camera for the Price, great support from
I've purchased 3 of these cameras now as they are absolutely excellent price for the functionality built into them. I have all 3 on POE and working without issue. Has some issues getting the smart tracking working and reached out to JideTech company support and they got back to me with helpful information that fixed my issue in record time. Really impressive and I'll be buying and recommending these cameras going forward.

With specular objects like coins, you must manage
It takes decent closeups in spaces that fancy cameras would not fit. With specular objects like coins, you must manage the reflections which is not difficult.

Great Product and professional customer service.
This is one if the best cameras ive ever purchased. I plan on replacing all my exterior caneras with Dzees. Built to last and function great.

Sneaky Teenagers No More!
The media could not be loaded.
Very easy setup, and video quality is amazing. We purchased these cameras to keep an inside eye in our deceitful teenagers. The video is the initial reaction when one of them realized we mean business. Tampering with the cameras will be construed as an act of deceit and has repercussions.2 way audio communication feature was an added bonus, but haven't really used that feature much, yet.

Tiring and worn out.
These cameras are exhausting to keep running. Does not matter how close they are to a wi-fi hub. They are not 100% or even 50% at times. Good thing they don’t break the bank. Accidentally deleted one of my cameras while viewing on the app. Not sure how, just another issue. Now I get to climb a latter later and reset it up. Should not happen. I guess you get what you pay for.

Outdoor lighting
The lights work great and light up our area. We like that they turn on at the slightest movement and are bright enough to capture images on our cameras.

he was awesome at walking me through
I recently replaced my wireless router and 2 of my 3 cameras would not connect, did hard resets, tried multiple time. Finally called the tech support and spoke with Nelson, he was awesome at walking me through, updating the software and getting back on line with my cameras. I am terrible at computer stuff and he was very patient and understanding. Thank you so much Amcrest and Nelson
