Solid performer with Homekit Integration
I purchased this camera to replace a few Nest Cameras around my home, and haven't been disappointed. Since I am moving everything to Homekit, these were an obvious choice, given I have other Eve devices in the home. The cost makes these a great value, at almost half what the Nest Cameras were they are replacing. The build quality is ok, but since I am using these indoors, I was not to worried about the durability. They are going on the top of shelves and sitting there. Video quality is where it needs to be for this purpose, but could probably be a little better with nigh vision. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and excited to have cameras that support Homekit Secure Video.

Great Camera but Motion detecting and recording ne
I own 2 Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras, they are all around good cameras and reasonably priced. One issue I have is the recording time, it doesn’t record very long before motion is detected. The other issue is the motion range of the camera, it would be nice if it detect motion that’s further away. However for the price I can’t complain, nice video quality and battery life. It also has a nice sleek look and when mounted is pretty discreet. The camera spotlight, siren, live camera view, night vision, audio, notifications all work great. In addition the Arlo Smart notifications and 911 feature is awesome. Overall very pleased with these Essential Spotlight Cameras.

No Motion Detection in Live Monitoring

In general the cameras are great,If the camera is on Live Monitoring there's no motion detection.Edit @Oct 12th, 2022:I did a survey with my friends who are using other security cameras brands, all agreed that there's no motion detection in the Live mode, so I feel more comfortable now.Honestly speaking, the quality of the photos and the videos are extremely good, specially for the price.They are so sensitive to any motions, I advise to turn off the indicator light, turn the motion detection sensitivity to Low, this will prolong the battery life.Of course if you have an adapter with micro USB cable, it would be the best security cameras for such price.Currently, I'm happy with it!

Clear images and audio
This is a good-quality set of cameras with a 5" monitor, the images are clear during day and night.The split-view monitor allows you to view both cameras at once so you can have the cameras on either side of the beds within the same room, or one camera in separate rooms - I love this feature!It's easy to quickly pan around/zoom in to have a look and not have to get up and make noise and potentially wake up the little ones.The setup has audio as well as video, the audio can go both ways and has 7 volume levels so you can adjust to your/their needs.Excellent set up and we are very pleased with it.

Not using it for baby
My 96 y/o dad moved in with my sister, so I got this for them and set it up so that she can keep an eye on things in dad's spaces downstairs while she is upstairs in her rooms. Not wanting to invade his privacy, we set the cameras up in the kitchen and one aimed at his recliner. It makes a great way to just keep an eye on him and also provides quick two-way communication when needed. Having the cameras remotely movable is really a great feature! The night/dark camera isn't the greatest, but isn't an issue. I really like that it came already with two cameras, and that it was super easy to set up.

Surprisingly simple!
So I bought the base and two extra cameras (so four total). I have to say… getting this up and running was simple and fast. The app walked you through it and the cameras connected (and did firmware updates) in no time at all. While I was charging the cameras, I was able to go out and install the mounts. Super simple with a drill and a screw driver.Also pretty slick is all the customizations you can do in the app, from sensitivity to quality of video, etc. each camera can be customized separately.If I had known this would only take a couple of hours to do, I would have installed a while ago. House now feels protected!

This is a life saver!
I love these cameras! The best thing I like about this is that I was on vacation during the holidays in MA and my friend was staying home. I tried to call him to see how he’s doing and watching my cats while I was away, and guess what his phone was not working properly. I used this camera to talk to him and it works great, so I told him to check his phone. So he did and fixed the problem. Now that is why I can count on these cameras when I want to keep in touch with my friend. Thank you Amazon for the wonderful product at a great price. I will buy more cameras in the future.
