My sensor was crazy dirty. Foolishly I went on a trip to Iceland and only upon return did I realize how dirty it was. Spending lots of time in Lightroom these days :)My bad. Lesson learned. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Check your sensor before any major trip.These swabs are very easy to use. First I blowed off the dust with my rocket blower. Then I dry swabbed. Then I used two drops and wet swabbed. I tested again, but that did not get all the dust. One more dry swab and now it’s perfectly clear.I wished I hadn’t been so afraid to do this myself for so long. I’m pretty sure I’ve spent over $100 paying someone else to do this for me over the years. It’s easy and not risky at all.

APS-C Sensor CleanerFollow the instructions and you can't go wrong, HOWEVER, don't push hard on the sensor, you're not doing dishes here.A light easy pass will do it.Good product that I should have used years ago, I was just afraid to go near the sensor.

Due to the working condition, astrophotographic cameras are dust collectors. Cleaning the sensor was usually nightmare for me until I found this cleaning kit. Easy instruction, fast process and the image was spotless after the cleaning.

Although nerve-wrecking to deal with camera sensor, the swabs were very easy to use and resolved my smudge issue. Definitely recommend watching couple videos on how to use them prior to doing it. I would buy these again.

These swans work just fine but they work best wet.I didn't have any problems with them. I just would have liked a few more in the package for the price.
