Does the job, the cap admittedly confused me. When you take off the primary screw on cap there is a translucent plug that covers the bottle opening. This is actually 2 more pieces, if you can manage to just lift on the edge if will remove the top and expose a small 'dropper' hole. What happened to me was the entire plug would lift out from the bottle and give you no way to release the fluid other than pouring it.

This saved me a bunch of money. I had spots on the mirror and I did EXACTLY as described in the instructions. I needed to do it a few times though and all the spots were gone.

And never clean my own camera before but this kit made it very easy to do so I would recommend cleaning your own camera as long as you've got a stable hand.

I had little "water" spots on my sensor, since I believed I could just blow on the sensor to remove some dust. Silly me.This product totally removed the spots as described and the sensor is perfect clean now.

Products works as described. The swab and cleaning solution left my Sony a6k apsc sensor nice and clean!!

This is my first time trying these and I very pleased with the result. Normally I can send nearly an hour getting all of the dust spots off of my Nikon D7000 (DX) sensor. After following the normal procedure of blowing out the sensor area, locking the mirror in the up position, I was able to find 3 dust spots with my loupe and made 2 passes using the dry swab. All of the dust spots came off without moving on to the wet swab application. Very impressive. After lowering the mirror, turning off the camera, I used the sensor swab to clean the edges of 3 lenses, using a drop or two of the solution the swabs come with. Again, all spots, dust and bits were cleanly picked up. I highly recommend using these swabs to clean your cameras sensor.

The sensor on my Nikon D2XS was filthy. Spotted all the dust on it after pulling out of storage for a vacation. My local shop want $70 to clean the sensor. So I bought this kit and a sensor magnifier. It took 2 cleanings, but it got the job done. My only complaint was a lack of a dropper tip. You need to puncture the seal with a pin (not listed in the instructions). Do not flood the swab. No more than 2 drops are needed. Sweep L-R then R-L. Check with a magnifier (recommended). If needed, use a fresh swab and repeat.

I tried some other tools for sensor cleaning, but this is the best. No waste. No marks of liquid. I use only one every time, two passes and that's it.

At some point you are gonna have to clean the sensor or send the camera out to have it done. If you do it yourself like I do, this is the hot ticket.
