Day & night time photographs are much better than Dragon Touch vision 3. And day & night time videos are much better than Dragon Touch vision 3 also. What I discovered about this action camera! It doesn't compare to Nikon Coolpix S6800 digital camera (both photos & videos). The Nikon Coolpix S6800 is way better, but what makes this action camera worth buying was the electronic image stabilization - which the Nikon Coolpix S6800 loses when shooting videos.

So far so good, we’ve used this on vacations at theme parks and during hunting season. The wrist button is great for easily starting or stopping video without having to adjust the camera. Screen stabilization is great and helps with shaky hands. Picture quality is great, battery life has been good, one battery lasted us all day at a theme park. Only downside is the protective case muffles the sound a little too much, but still gets good video when we’re in the water. Good value.

Kit looks very good with lots of equipment, especially for that price.I will have to test it for a while to find out how durable and reliable it is, but good for now.

AKASO V50X Native keeps up with me on my fishing, kayaking, and bicycling adventures. It captures detailed, clean video and so far, the iPhone app has worked consistently. This is more than I can say about the Go-Pro apps. I love the remote wristband start and stop. It is an absolute necessity while I am fishing on my kayak. I highly recommend it for its intended purpose.

I knew buying a Action camera was to be a technological challenge for me...There were so many positive and negative reviews. Camera and all accessories cost total $156...not gonna put me in the poor house.With time and patience I finally figured out how to use the camera and the app. For a beginner this is a great camera to start with. I highly recommend this action camera. Since delivery of camera in May 2020...Customer service has also be excellent and camera pretty east to use.

The initial setup was really straightforward with easy to understand instructions. At first use the image quality of photos and videos seem great, though the colors definitely needed some adjustments. I'm excited to give all the features more of an in depth test drive.

I haven't spent a lot of money on cameras..I don't have a lot of money to spend on them. I was given an earlier model of the Akaso camera as a gift, and I bought this V50X recently to add to my collection for YouTubing.All I can say about image stabilization is WOW! I can literally run around while holding this camera, and the resulting video is super smooth. 4K video is nearly a must for any YouTube channel these days, and this camera doesn't disappoint in that regard either.Battery life is what you'd expect of one at this size. I haven't timed it, but I've never been left surprised that it died. You do get 2 batteries in the box, so you'll be set to record video for a good amount of time.The only real downside I can say anything about is the audio quality. The built in microphone isn't terrible, but it isn't really good either. I may grab the external mic at some point, but I can only use that if I'm carrying the camera around - I use it on a small tripod quite often to record something I'm doing rather than capturing my own viewpoint/perspective.The bottom line is that for the price, I'd definitely recommend this camera due to its great video quality.

I have been using this camera for several months as of writing this review and must say I am impressed. While this is not a $600 camera, I love its features and consistency in operation. When I bought it originally it was for the sole purpose of supporting online learning as a webcam for my child, and yet as we have had it longer I have started to use it for action shots and POV as it was intended.Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend to others interested in an action camera at a non-bank-breaking price.

This was a good starting action camera for a first time buyer thats getting their feet wet in the action camera world without hurting the pocket too much. this has everything you need to get started with plenty of accessories to attach the camera to whatever you want.

I've had several gopro's over the years, and they all have been decent but at high cost. This action camera on the other hand is a EPIC deal, really good quality for the price and is something I'd recommend over a go-pro in most cases. The image stabilization isnt as good as the newest gopro's sure, but this thing beats most other categories, it has a slightly better low light, higher image quality, better color, and slightly less sharpening. If you are putting this on a fixed mount for a activity like biking, this thing will do great. Its probably not the best for walking shots stand alone, but hey software stabilization isnt everything, and with the money saved on this compared to a gopro you can snag yourself a decent gimbal to help stabilize your video. I shot my brothers wedding on this camera, and was able to get several angles without blocking the view of his guests. The audio quality can leave something to be desired but I can say the same for gopro, and I always shoot with external mics anyways.9.8/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a action cam on a budget, or anyone wanting a tricked out gopro setup for a couple hundred less.
