Works as well as it should

Bought this for my 9 year old, who loves taking pics/videos. Couldn't be more happy with what you get for the money. Comes with great accessories, compatible w/. gopro mounts. Waterproof clam shell tested first time out kayaking, no leaks. Surprisingly good video quality. Still images are good but have some noise in them. Perfect gateway product to the action cam world.

This action is camera is honestly the best bang for your buck. Compared to the GoPro in price...this is unbeatable! Pick one up if you are looking to record but still save some money as well.

Just took this camera to the Florida Keys soon after purchase. Works great! Awesome value for the money. Most of the accessories come with the camera and you do not have to buy extra. Also, very fast service/shipping - seems to be a great company to work with!

Really enjoy the action dash camera. Got it for a gift and use it while doing driving in my car and at car shows and car cruises. Great quality and excellent pictures!

The V50X is a nice little action camera. I think it really shines in 1080p as the 4k30fps can look a little choppy -- at this price point it is a solid camera. I've been using it while riding my scooter and am having fun editing the videos of me cruising around town. It is nice that it comes with two batteries so you can have a back up for longer projects. The camera itself is easy to use as well. It is not a top of the line GoPro but you are paying a fraction of the price. Akaso has solid customer service as well.

I am a newbie to action cameras. Not yet ready to invest in an expensive one like GoPro. So based on some limited online research, I bought 2 action cameras from Amazon that were under $100. The Akaso just has been a fantastic experience, the other one was terrible and I had to return. The Akaso though from built quality, to ease of use and picture quality is brilliant. Overall this action camera is probably the best that is our there. Some of my friends use the GoPro and honestly no one can tell the difference between the picture quality.

We got this camera for one of our kids for Christmas, so he could take some "action videos". We were looking for something like a GoPro but weren't willing to spend hundreds of dollars for him to run around and possibly lose or break an expensive camera. Since it is his first exploits in this, we were willing to take less features and lower picture quality.However, what we got was an amazing camera for very little money that offers a really good picture quality (in 4k as well!), features like time-lapse, slow motion, the ability to adjust exposure and ISO and many more things. On top of that, the camera comes with lots of extras like different mounts, a spare battery with external charger and obviously the protective case. We have used it to take bike riding and underwater videos and many other things. We are really pleasantly surprised by the value of this little camera.The extra battery with separate charger is priceless, since you can swap batteries and keep charging your spare. The little charger can charge two batteries at the same time. The battery life itself could be better, but since you have the spare and charger, it more than makes up for it.While the GoPro's are still the high standard, these little Akaso's are a great alternative that does not break the bank - especially if you are just getting into action cams.

This is a great action camera for an amazing price! I bought it for a vacation to the mountains. I used it while tubing down the river, white water rafting and zip lining. It never stopped working and recorded beautiful video memories!!! I Highly recommend this camera for any type of adventurer. Thank you AKASO for making such a high quality product.
