I bought this action camera to use on a trip to the Maldives, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. I mostly used it while snorkeling with my daughter, but also used it for videos and family pictures. I would not expect much for other uses other than 'action', as that is the intended function of the camera.This camera came with the plenty of accessories, which made life easier during the purchase. There is every mount you will need, as well as a remote trigger to to take pics/vids from a distance, and there is also a waterproof case with an excellent seal. I brought this camera on five snorkeling trips and was able to get some awesome footage and pics underwater. I tried to use it for some vlogging as well, but am yet to edit most of the videos. One complaint I have is that the options for external microphones are slim, as I had to purchase the specific AKASO microphone for this model V50X. The audio doesn't seem to be the best, but still cannot beat the camera quality at this price point. The battery life did seem to drain a bit quickly, but was never a problem as I always had the backup charged and ready.I am overall very satisfied with this purchase, and highly recommend it to anybody who does not want to expend the same amount of money on a GoPro, but wants to utilize it for action pics and vids (especially underwater).

This camera served it's purpose on my frequent bicycle outings. I ride mostly around cars, so I'm sure that I will end up in court someday for a car hitting me. The video would surely help me win my case, haha. For rides that last more than an hour I plug into an external battery because I don't want to stop and change batteries. The 2 batteries and battery charger that comes with the camera are very good so far. I love the wide view. I also hang it from my rear view mirror on long car trips. The car mode is a neat feature.

This action cam had a cool design, but the picture quality was not as good as another cheap action cam. Its not a GoPro, but at this price, if it gets damaged; I'd rather damage a cheaper camera that works pretty good vs one thats VERY expensive.

Have had the other name brand action cameras before and after breaking it, I decided to try the Akaso. I am a kayak fisherman and love this action camera. The large display screen, the battery life, and the app are all amazing features that are second to none. I have and will continue to recommend this action camera to my friends, family, and followers.

For the price, I did not expect much. However, the camera does indeed take decent videos.

Loved this little camera shot some video with the camera mounted on my motorcycle the audio sound of the engine was so clear and the video was great for such a affordable camera I would buy another to give as a gift I only gave the battery life 4 stars because the camera came with two and I changed them early.

I bought it to mount on my Kawasaki KRX and have done so a few times, I am still learning about where to mount it for the best angle. The image stabilization works really well, better than expected to be honest. It can be a rough ride, so it's important.The features and quality for the price is why I bought it. I only with it had an upside down record mode, if it had that, it would be perfect. I would buy it again, and I may buy a second one to get multiple angles at once on my rides.
