Right out of the box very simple to open up and get it going I use it to see if my garage door is open from upstairs. I know I'm lazy. But it works damn good.I'd like to know whether or not they turn off in sleep mode because they're warm to the touch. Not sure if it burns a lot of electricity or not...

This camera for 20$ can't go wrong with this one

Very good value for your money. We use it as a baby monitor after our dedicated $100 one died on us. Very clear picture during day and night. The motion detection is helpful when you don't want to keep the camera open on your phone. Mounting it in an awkward, bent position was a breeze. Has all the features of more expensive brands.Only downside would be the app. Sometimes the camera doesn't load. We just back out of the screen and go back in and it works. Also zooming doesn't work properly. It kind of zooms in and out randomly whether you're pinching or stretching, so you have to time it right. Will probably get another for another room.

Love that it's small and take up very little space. The video quality is superb! And the ability to automatically take a pic when it detects motion is awesome! I can't believe all the features it has for the price.

It's very nice

This is a great little camera for some general monitoring of the home. I have mine mounted on the wall, in the upper corner so it can see the two main areas someone could enter my house.It surprised for its size how wide of an image it shows. I can see my entire dining room just by it being in the corner and the picture/live video is very clear!!The motion detection is awesome too! It has a few settings you can adjust for motion detection so check those out. It can be scheduled to automatically turn on and off the motion detection. I have it schedule so right after I leave the house for work it turns on and right before I get home it turns off so that way it's not giving motion alerts of myself going to the kitchen. When it detects motion you get a notification to your phone right away and in the app you can see the picture it captured when it detected the motion and it detects it almost immediately!The night vision works pretty good too just make sure you don't have it pointed to close to a nearby wall or ceiling (see my picture) as the night vision will just catch a white reflection from that surface and the rest of the room remains dark.Overall though, a GREAT little camera for not much money. I have no complaints. If you need to monitor some rooms in your house, check out this camera! I've bought 3 of them now!
