Very good product

This doorbell is a great option for a video recording doorbell. It came in the mail quickly and we were able to install it easily. It has a clear, crisp picture which I can view anytime from my phone through the Gennec app. Both day and night pictures have impressed me. Anytime any motion is detected or someone rings the doorbell my phone can be notified, or you can change your notifications settings for less frequent alerts.One thing to be aware of is that it will not work with your app on a 5G network but all we had to do was call our internet provider and we were able to get it set up on our 2.4G network.I haven’t been able to get the audio to work yet, but still have a couple more trouble shooting things to try. Overall, big fan of this doorbell!

Money well spent. Installation was easy and the images are clear. Took me some time to figure out why I was unable to hear the chime in my house, then I realized that I had to install the app, add the device and select the wired mode. Good to go from there!

This was so easy to install. I bought this and installed it on my aunts house as I already have the Ring doorbell. Let me tell you, it was sooo much easier! It went on in 10 minutes and the instructions were incredibly easy to follow. In this set up, I did not even have to use the device for the chime though it comes included in the box. Very satisfied and both my aunt and uncle have this installed on their phones. Adds great security and peace of mind.

I have installed the doorbell (mechanical doorbell required) at my door. Installation was easy and they supplied all required hardware including a wedge for those situations not parallel to the door.The doorbell works in that it rings my mechanical bell, and plays a doorbell chime on it’s speaker. The video quality is great (although you may need to install the unit high enough to see their face).The problem is with the suggested IOS App. I can see and hear the visitor, but am unable to respond to them. The person at the door cannot hear me. After a week or so working with support, they admit it is the IOS app.Note: I tried this on all my family devices iPhone11 Pro, iPhone 11Max, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 4. All had the same problem.It is great that they have USA support line till you find it is just someone to relay your issue. They only open a ticket and send an email to China. Technical support is off-shore. A generic solutions email was sent 24 hours later. After a few days of swapping emails, they agreed they are working on a solution to their app.Summary: This is a great video doorbell unless you want to communicate to the visitor at your door but they are working on it.UPDATE: I have multiple devices using SmartLife application (Tuya devices). The interface is just close enough that I decided to try that application. Surprise: In the SmartLife IOS app, I was able to install the doorbell and it works completely. Two way communication does work on that app and because I have other devices using smartlife app, I have one less application on my phone.This is a great doorbell for the price, especially if you already have a mechanical doorbell.The wired installation makes this more reliable and secure as I do not need batteries and stealing it will need tools. Also, part of the doorbell installs indoors, so stealing the doorbell might leave it non-functional.

Picture is very clear. We love that you can set and change at anytime sensitivity. Comes with a mount straight on or an angle mount which is handy. Easy installation, easy set up app too. Directions sent were clear. Took my husband less than 5 mins to install after reading direction. I would highly recommend.

Got this for my wife's parents and installed it for them. Install was straightforward with easy instructions. Image and sound quality are very good, and the app is simple to understand. Only issue I had was I could not speak to someone at the door- could hear the visitor fine, but never got speaking to the visitor to work even after troubleshooting, changing audio settings, and Googling for further solutions. But overall, a very good product.

I bought this because I moved into an apartment building and I am on the first floor with a sliding door. My mom was nervous about my kids and I so I had to get something to ease her mind. Needless to say this camera does everything I need it to do!! The picture quality is great and it really captures with the motion detection. Having the door bell also saves my family and friends from having to come into the main door when I can let them in through the sliding door.

It was a very quick install. The doorbell was connected in place of the current one. The app was easy to use and connect to the doorbell. The sound and picture is great.
