If you are looking for a great doorbell with video capability, this is it! It works great & is very easy to install. The app notifies you when you someone rings the doorbell & allows you to see who is there. It will save video if you add a SD card, or you can subscribe to their cloud service. I also have a scale by Renpho and I love it too! They make great products that are super affordable

I think this camera doorbell is fantastic. I didn’t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The picture is pretty clear especially in HD. It can record video, take pictures, alert you when motion is detected and snap a picture of the perpetrator. One thing I would like to see on the app in the future is the ability to take a short video if the motion sensor is tripped. It would be more beneficial to see what was going bump in the night around the camera.I would have given it 5 Stars, however I had a minor issue installing it with the angled mounting plate. The flat mounting plate has countersunk holes with a taper that were a little too thick for the screws to reach the angled plate. So I took a little utility knife and bored those holes a little deeper in order to make that plate thinner at those mounting holes. This could have been unique to my parts, but in case you face the same thing, it’s an easy fix. Overall a great value!

I love this doorbell! I had to get some help installing it because well.. i don't do wiring of ANY kind.. but my brother hooked it up for me in about 15 mins and then set it up with my phone! I am impressed. the ap is user friendly and Now I can see who's there without letting them know i'm home! LOVE IT

This budget friendly video doorbell has great video quality. Install is relatively simple, however, be sure existing doorbell wiring is long enough. Wiring extensions would be a nice addition. Familiarize yourself with all parts before install. Must be connected to a mechanical chime as well. Also, the notifications to both an iPad and iPhone are quite fast. Size is a little bigger than traditional doorbell, but not obnoxious big. Good size. Video quality is excellent. I plan to add SD card. I recommend to anyone wanting to adding a little bit more security.

I tried Ring in the past, and after struggling with it for a few days (probably got a lemon), decided to return it and forget about changing the doorbell. The iDoo was pretty straight forward to setup. The user manual is good, it could be a little better. Before removing the old push button switch, I decided to test it and experience the product. The available micro USB input in the back of the device made this process pretty easy. I was able to get the software installed on my phone, connect it to the device, configure it and test it while seated at my desk.Once I was satisfied with the device and the software, I removed the old switch from the outside wall and installed the device. The installation would have been a lot easier if the back plate screws were positioned at the same location as the standard doorbell switch, but they weren't. I had to drill a hole in brick - which needed a carbide-tipped masonry drill bit, fortunately I had one and was able to drill a hole and mount the back plate. That was the hardest part. Installing the chime kit on the mechanical bell was pretty easy. Once the doorbell wires were connected to the front panel and it was attached to the back plate, I was in business.Since I already had the app installed and configured, it started working. I had to do some tweaks to the app settings - adjust the video quality, setup additional members of the family, setup motion alarm etc. I also had an old MicroSD card that I was able to repurpose to use in this device. Beginning to end, it took me about 30mins.This a good, budget-friendly device that gets the job done. It has only been a day, so too early to tell how the device will hold up over time. I will post updates in the coming weeks.

This video doorball was very easy to install and the instructions were very clear. I did not have any trouble setting up the wifi. The chime was loud and the camera quality was very good. I could actually see the person's face, unlike some other video doorbell chimes that I've brought before. Highly recommend this product.

It really is a nice product. Easy to install. Works pretty good. I am happy to get it. I tried it in my kitchen and I loved the video quality .When somebody rings the bell you get a notification like someone is calling you through your phone. And thanks for fast shipping .

We had an existing competitor brand already installed so for us set-up was a cinch. I will say our previous doorbell showed a little more vibrancy with colors but everything else about this one is better, especially the price. If you want a great door bell that let's you know when someone is approaching your home and you can see them on your app almost instantly, than make the investment!! I have the Renpho scale and am in LOVE with it also. Great company and great prices!!! Thanks for saving us money in this time of pandemic, keep the products coming. Oh and our favorite thing was the ding dong chime, lol. We are old school and like the traditional doorbell ringtone!

I ordered this product last week and after setting it up, everything worked except for the chime inside my house. When I reached out to customer service, they were quick to send out a replacement. Today, the replacement came in the mail and I had it up and running within 20 minutes.The camera has a wide lense and provides an excellent picture. You can customize your notifications to alert you only when somebody rings the doorbell or you can set it to notify you also when there is movement - and you can modify the sensitivity too. The sound is clear and it is overall, exactly what I expected!

Very pleased with this video doorbell. It is our first video doorbell and I am really like the new generation ones! The product came with clear and detailed instructions for installation and setup. Installation was a breeze and I like the extra security it provides us. There is also a separate flier added with troubleshooting as well. Very helpful!The picture quality is amazing. I also love that we can record video footage when adding a memory card.Also, all family members can have the app on their phone! It works with Apple & Android phones. I definitely recommend this product.
