Very easy to install physically and the electronic setup , my husband is disabled and he feels better and safer, now I have to install a remote control door lock

Was not expecting much for the price compared to the other known brand(s) but this exceeded expectations! Easy setup and great picture quality. Love the ability to add our own SD card for recording so you are not required to by a monthly service. May order more systems from IDOO to add to the doorbell. Low cost and lifetime purchase protection makes this a no brainer!

Cloud service available for additional fee. So purchased after the fact a Memory card to store video recordings.Only other disappointment was the add on Mechanical bell chime device that did not ring bell after video doorbell was installed.Everything else works great! Great video both day and night. Good sound and easy to download & use app.

As a women who isn’t so handy it was very easy to install myself and set up with the app. Super pleased. I use to have a doorbell camera with adt and paid hundreds for and this is just as efficient and cheaper!

Came next day with prime. Super easy to setup and I really like the slanted mount it makes it soni can see my whole doorstep.
