I ordered this trail camera to catch which one of my pets was peeing in the living room at night. Excellent suggestion from my husband! It worked perfectly. The best part was I had no trouble quickly & easily setting it up. Can't wait for spring to get videos of nighttime backyard wildlife. Never thought it would work so easily & efficiently.

PROS:1. Looks to be fairly well constructed.2. Takes decent pictures when properly set up.3. Night vision works fairly well.4. Comes with 4 alkaline AA batteries.5. Came packaged very well, good presentation.6. Lifetime warranty.7. Supports a 6V external power source.8. Comes with 32MB Micro SD card.9. Comes with mounting hardware for set up on a flat surface.10. Comes with a strap for tree/ post mount.11. Comes with USB to micro USB transfer cable12. Will use AA's then external power as a back up power source if used together.Cons:1. Comes with 4 batteries and says 4 batteries required, but NOT included, BUT it actually needs 8 AA batteries to run properly for any reasonable period of time. Glad they included the 4 batteries though, so I could at least test the unit out before wasting more expensive lithium batteries, so not really a con.2. Packaging says 16MP, while the add and menu in the device both say 20MP, not sure which is correct...? May not be a con either?3. Latches on the unit are cheap and fragile, be careful with them especially in cold weather where plastic snaps very easy. Once plastic ages a few years outdoors it will become even more susceptible to snapping easily.* Overall, for the price it is a fantastic deal.* The picture quality is decent both day and night* This unit claims to come with a lifetime warranty and a free gift if you scan the QR code and register it online.I would recommend this to anyone who is starting out using game cams. I would also recommend it to people who have used game cams before who just need a few basic cams to put out on the trails, or for security of a vacant lot that you can't be at all the time and would like to see if anything's been going on in your absence.I gave it four stars because of the cheap latches and the confusion between the packaging and the menu and Amazon ad. If the latches were built a little bit better and the communication between the vendor and the customer was a little more accurate I would have given five stars.

The pictures from the GardePro A3 from Amazon did well considering it was a less expensive game camera. I left it out for a week and it took around 1500 pictures. Lots of small game and some Turkeys, Deer and even a Blue Jay.

Not working in the rain is a bad quality for an outdoor trail camera. Failed first time it got wet.

I bought 2 cameras to see the night action around my wildland property. This camera has amazing quality and has proven to be very reliable. The combination of still photo and video is a great feature.Well worth the price, i plan on getting a couple more

This is one of the best game cameras for the money I've ever had but it only worked one night and then wouldn't do anything! I ordered 3 of these. The first one wouldn't work out of the box. The second one they sent as a replacement worked for 1 night and then quit. I was so impressed with the clarity and view of the camera, I ordered another one before the second one quit on me. When I got the third one, it wouldn't work out of the box. Too bad. Wish they could fix their issues because it takes great movies and pictures.

I have just started using the trail cam and am happy with the ease of use and quality of pictures/videos I've retrieved to date.
