Fantastic camera for our outer gate that doesn’t have electricity. Connects to my Wi-Fi from almost 50 feet away with no problem. I may buy another one.

The most important feature of this wireless camera is its solar power supplier connected to the camera so that it can work seamlessly without a need of recharging the battery. This is also the feature caught my eyes to decide to give it a try. It turns out the system works extremely well. The installation procedure is not that complicated if using the screws provided. The materials made for the camera seems sturdy and durable even under the rainy weather. The signal connection to the camera relies on the cell phone app so a decent wifi signal is required. The image quality, night vision and motion detection are great. Especially when the courier services came to my place, the alert will pop up right away in my cell phone, which is commendable as this protect the packages delivered safe and secured in place. The video can be saved in a micro sd card and transfer to my phone later. Overall, I like this camera and so far so good.

I think that I have gotten a good price for the value.Some Pros:The camera could pan horizontally between 270 to 360 degrees, and, tilt 90 degrees from down to horizontal. The camera could be solar charged and USB charger charged. The solar charger would still work during sunny day in the shades. The camera was from a 6” x 11” x 8” box. I have put the camera on a mobile rack, so I can move it around home. I have downloaded the UBox app from the Google play store and installed on my android phone. Despite the 3-star rating of the app, the app would allow me to remotely control the camera while I was out at a shopping mall half mile away, and I would be able to see and hear from the camera. I could also talk thought the camera via the UBox app. The camera has two built-in flash lights which can also be turned on/off from the app, so the camera could become a night light. The night vision of the camera was clear in B/W color. It has SD and HD picture definition to select. These were very convenient features of the camera.Some Cons: Although setting up the camera app was easy, and the UBox app would still work without the gmail access, my gmail account triggered a security related alarm while setting up the UBox, so I changed my gmail password immediately. When the UBox were asking for my email password again (and again!), I would ignore it because of the security reason. I have installed 120GB micro SD card, and it worked fine with the 15 second activity recording. When the recording time set longer, the app would freeze until the recording were finished. The camera’s motion detector would detect and record activities directly. However, if the camera was behind a glass window, the camera would not be able to detect activities outside of the window.I think the camera has come with many above and beyond features, 5 star! However, for the 3 star UBox app, it averages to 4 star.

I really love how easy it is to setup this camera. It probably took me 10 minutes to install this camera on the front of the house and that included getting tools and ladder. I paired the camera to my router first before installing it outside. The pairing process was pretty simple too. Just download the app and turn on the camera and follow the 3- 4 step instruction on the manual.Pro:- Very easy to setup.- No wires- Good picture quality (in HD mode)- Good night vision- Loud speaker- Good mic.- Self sustaining (Batter is still at full after 3 days)- It also has lights can be turned on at night so you don't need to depend on night vision.- Simple interface with the Android App.- Connection to the camera from the UBox app has been very smooth. I didn't have to subscribe to the cloud service for remote access to work on the Ubox app. Which is nice.- 320 degree of movement.Con:- Lacking feature to set active zone. I have a few dwarf palm trees at the font that keeps triggering the motion sensor.) There is no active zone feature like Arlo or Ring that allows you to define a zone for motion sensor to detect motion and ignore the other area.- No software for viewing the camera from PC.- Access to the camera seems to be going through the cloud from the UBox app. There is no direct login available with camera like other Wifi camera that I had. So it does give me some security concern. I paired the camera to my guest network because of that. And since I'm pointing it outside the house, It's not a big deal.- Since there is no direct access to the camera, I do have concern on what happens if the cloud service is not available. Will I still be able to access the camera (from home network).I wish they could make the solar panel individually mountable with 5-6 feet cable so that I can install the camera inside the porch. I would definitely get another one to install next to the front door if they provide that option.Over all, I'm very happy with the camera. My main use is of it is to check on the water softener delivery person, who comes at 6:15 am in the morning. Using the camera, I'll be able to know when they come and when they exchanged the tanks, so that I can open and close the garage door after they're done.

....for the money you can't beat these cameras. the phone app is great. They also work with IPV6 IP and WPA2. My older Foscams are WPS and my new mesh router doesn't support them for wifi

I bought this as surveillance camera for my business I like the camera was solar powered that I could install it any spot at my front door which had sufficient sunlight everyday. I had been using it for 3 weeks, so far so good. I did not see any issue. I like the picture quality was clear and I could install 64GB microSD on it to store the daily snapshot. In addition, I like the battery pack was removable and could be charged with microUSB cable. The only feature that I dislike was the camera must be installed on the vertical (side) wall, the camera could not be adjusted 360 degree.
