I spent time on the phone with Stacy as I could not get my camera's working. She spent and Hour plus and made sure that everything worked PERFECTLY before she would let me go. Stacy is from India and provided me with AMAZING SERVICE her employers should be proud to have her as a part of their team. Thanks again Stacy!

These are great little cameras for the price. Of course 2MP isn't the best picture quality but it meets my needs for indoor quality. Easy to set up and configure. Did have a problem with remote access. Emily Morgan in support was helpful answering my questions. I do get a lot of false motion detections. Still I am happy with these cameras. I have 4 and using PC-NVR.

When the app/camera decides to actually work, yes it a great camera but apparently the app have a mind of its open & doesn’t like to pair with the camera or the app just doesn’t load ANYTHING!!!I’ve wasted money on this piece of junk, & can’t get my money back!

I love being able to view the camera on my smartphone. Also so far it's working great. Just wasn't easy at all to set up for me. Had to call customer service.

We have 2 of these cameras and can view the front and back of our property to check weather and activity. I called for assistance in setting up the second camera on the same app for 2 phones and my person talked me through quickly.

My tec was Melanie. What a wonderful and pleasant experience she made setting up the Amcrest wireless security camera for me. She took remote control of my laptop set my camera up on my desktop and walked me through how to get it on my cell phone. I could not be more happy and pleased. Effortless on my part thanks to Melanie. I would, and have purchased other cameras from Amcrestas soley due to the stellar support of the tecs.

We bought this to be used in our restaurant, it was easy to mount and install, good quality on video and low light situation. We set it up to record on the memory card and to a SFTP location, it was easy to setup and easy to use. Only recommendation is, there is an option to set the camera to reboot on an interval, do that, it helps in avoiding any issues with stalling and so forth. The cameras can be registered on the cloud to view live feed, or you can opt to install Amcrest app to view it on your mobile device.

Nice camera! The sound on it is pretty junky and static constantly but I don’t really need it for the audio as I’ll have other microphones in my streaming area. Disappointed though the sound is junk.
