Keith.s was the customer service represenative who I had called after waiting almost a month with constant small tech issues. This man saved my entire system just by a few simple steps from my newly bought laptop, i gave him the secure access to go in and make the proper changes needed to setup my camera, and now it works more than perfect. i should have gone ahead and called their support team way sooner, because i just had 24 days of pure confusion, solved in about 15 minutes. On top of all this, he did not complain not a single time as i was assisting him, he was so patient and helpful, to the extent of basically setting up my cloud system and camera setup access by himself. I totally recommend anyone getting the opportunity to catch this particular individual on a support call. Remember people, if you can't get it to work, just call their support team's number located on the "Amcrest.com" site. you won't regret it.

I initially bought it on July 2020, had some personal issues with family but finally got to set it up at my mother house. I had some issues setting it up but called the tech support team, Randy Rainbow was able to help me out. I had a great experience with device, easy set up, app is set up on my phone. I can monitor my moms house and her from my phone, gives me a peace of mind. I love the product, looking to rebuy and buy the outdoor ones too. I also bought the SD card with it. Susan S helped me get 2 camera's to send email over the phone. She was very professional and very knowledgeable.The 1080 camera's I use indoor are now down to <$50. I will be buying more!Thanks Amcrest!

I had a major crash on my computer and lost all my cameras, Patrick Spencer from Amcrest costumer service reinstalled and got my cameras back up and recording in no time. 5 STARS to him.
