I had a network connection issue and I called the customer service number and was connected right away to Raymond Hayes. He was extremely knowledgeable about my issue and was able to begin helping me right away to solve my problem. The best customer service call I've had in a long time! The camera is also really clear and easy to use on the iphone app. Would definitely recommend AMCREST products amd services to anyone, even if you're not too tech savvy, don't worry, because they have awesome people like Raymond Hayes ready to help you out!

Camera is good. the only downfall is that you cannot zoom with it the description says you can but does not work. other then that its a okay camera.

I just received my camera yesterday. The setup was pretty easy, but when I left the house I was not able to view the camera. Today I contacted Amcrest support and talked to Raymond. He was able to quickly help update the configuration and answer some additional questions I had. I'm up and running and will continue to test out some of the other unique features of this camera. So far, I'm very pleased.

For the price this is an outstanding value. I was pleasantly surprised. It does everything I want and more. The picture quality is outstanding and the recording is great. Couldn't ask for anything more. Especially the price.

My cameras have been functioning flawlessly for years and after I had a reset to my router, I had trouble getting them back. Sarah at Amcrest tech support was great and reconfigured to get them running again.

Selena George was most helpful in setting up my system again after getting a new modem and wifi router.She helped me remotely which I realized I would have never been able to do.Many thanks for her expert help. She made sure everything was running smoothly before she signed off.BJJ

Amcrest cameras are the best I have 10 cameras and they all work perfect. these new upgraded ones are excellent because of the tracking sensors.
