Colin Peters was a GREAT not good-- a GREAT tech support specialist. He helped me add four of my cameras to my network. I had the cameras on my old network for years. I went from a 2.4 GHz network to a dual band 2.4/5 GHz. He was very patient and worked with me remotely for well over an hour connecting all four of my cameras to my new network. I tried everything I could before I called Amcrest. They are a wonderful company that stands by their products. This is my first review, and I am happy to write it. He saved me well over $200 as I would have purchased new cameras. I do not have to now. So happy!! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Colin Peters!! Amcrest give this man a raise!! :)

Just got the product yesterday. It arrive quickly, in good condition, and was a breeze to set up. I wasn't planning on using the Amcrest app, so I used the web interface to configure it. I didn't see the default password in the manual (admin:admin) and looked it up online. Once I was in, I was able to easily set up accounts, turn off the logo overlay, and add it to Blue Iris v3 without a hitch. The wide angle is much wider than my older Foscam IP cameras which is very nice and the image is very crisp. My old Foscams also didn't deliver great framerate over wired and wireless and this one perfectly sends 1080p 30 fps. Very happy so far. Let's see how long it lasts!

The camera won’t connect to my WiFi. It only connects to my phone. So when I turn my phone WiFi off I can’t view the camera nice spent 3 hours trying to figure this out. I’ve probably gain about 200 white hairs from getting frustrated with this. But everything else is good. The directions suck. Kinda pointless to have a camera that doesn’t connect to your WiFi.

Andrea was extremely helpful in assisting me with the configuration of my device. I have wanted to purchase a second camera, but couldn't seem to configure the option for recording pictures or video when detecting motion. She was very patient and helpful in getting it set up properly and I learned what I needed in the process. I'm excited about getting another camera or two set up now.

I've had the cameras for a year or so now. The cameras are just average but the support has been fantastic.I worked with a very nice and helpful lady named Diana B today who assisted me with set up after I changed ISP's. She was patient and very knowledgeable.

I changed my internet provider and had problems setting up cameras. Henry L at Amcrest was very professional and courteous. He helped me set up my cameras and now they're working greal. Thanks!

This camera cannot run in my house because the WiFi is TOO good! This camera is a joke and a scam.
