Worked with AMCREST’s technology support personnel and worked Edwin who provided A+, top notch customer support. Was able to reconnect my camera to newly purchased router and even showed me some new features of AMCREST’s software packages. Great company, great staff, and great product!

Supports ONVIF only use. Not forced into using the Amcrest cloud, works well for our business.

I called in since i was having trouble connecting my other 2 cameras and i was even going to return them thinking they wont work but SAMANTHA was so helpful and patient with my needs when i called Amcrest support. SHe took me step by step and now my cameras are connected!!THANK YOU!
