Amazing camera! Easy set up. So worth it for the price and not even expensive! Had trouble with connecting it when not connected to wifi but I spoke to Raymond for technical support and he had it set up in 10 minutes remotely!!

Have multiple cameras and now can’t get pictures as “the servers don’t work”. This has gone on for over a month. Called customer service many times. Very disappointing

This camera has a good picture quality but the app you have to use is very slow to notify you of movement and impossible to follow someone or something it catches on camera if you wanted to because the response time between the camera and the app are excruciatingly slow !! I am researching a replacement camera already and will put this one in a less critical spot on my property.

Great camera, had an issue with viewing the camera through mobile network but Susan from their tech support fixed it in 5 minutes. Rest of the product is working as advertised.

Tech Support Specialist "NANCY P" did a fantastic job getting my camera re-connected to my Wi Fi. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend AMCREST. The cameras are great and support is fantastic. Thanks Nancy!
