Working my way through setup.

I ordered the camera for security purposes, but had difficulty setting it up! Danny Phillip in the tech department spent a good time helping me solve the problem which was basically due to my own issues, nothing to do with the camera. I have several of these Amcrest Pro HD camera's, some over a year, and they all work fantastic. I appreciate that they have a knowledgable tech department and Danny Phillips is amazing!!!

It’s a very good product for the price. The picture is clear and the motion detector works fine. Storage options are great as well.

Great cameras once it's all set up. Had a bot of trouble with remote set up and thanks to Amy K from Amcrest support she helped me through the process and now I'm able to access my cams remotely. The cameras quality is not bad at all. Does what it claime to do and so far dependability is not bad at all.

This camera was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to set up and connect. All you needed was to download the app and scan the code provided and it automatically connects. The material also feels very sturdy and of high quality. I'm glad I purchased this. This product does not come with an SD card though, so make sure you have one handy or purchase one.

This thing worked okay for a few months, motion detection does NOT work at all now on any setting. I have reset to factory settings, reinstalled the app. Now all I can do is view it so see if I had been robbed, it will not record or take pictures via motion. The apple app has always been poor, the windows software is not much better. All I can do now is hope I view the feed at the same time I am being robbed, or a fire and then hit record.

Bought it for a school project and got it hooked up to OpenCV2 in a jiffy. The manufacturer even provides help with how to configure the rtsp url on their website, which taught me a few things that other IP cameras use. I'm happy with the purchase.

We have had these cameras for four plus years. I upgraded our WiFi router to a 5ghz and suddenly the cameras wouldn't work. I tried everything to get them to connect again but I couldn't figure it out. I called the tech support number on the website and spoke Nancy who was extremely helpful and was able to get the cameras to hook back up to our Wifi again. Overall these cameras have been great for our needs.
