It was a used product.smudges on the inside cover and the battery compartment would not open all the way to be able to place the batteries in it. This camera should not have been packaged and sent out as new.

Got this to monitor wildlife and tresspassing on the back of my property. Picture quality is good. Love the night vision feature.

Haven't set it up yet but will be soon. Was looking for an affordable wifi trail cam and this fit the bill.Update: set it up and it worked great.

Very hard to get connected to blue tooth or WIFI and the company's customer service department is non existent. Called 18 times through out the day and got disconnected every time. Will be returning for sure!

I received this camera yesterday. I have spent hour wrestling with it. It is difficult to set up. The directions are poorly written and require a lot of guesswork and "experimentation." The pictures are blurry. Video is so poor that I can barely see anything, even when I was walking directly in front of the camera. Although I had the camera set to to both video and camera, the software informed me that it had not photos.What a waste of my time.

Purchased this camera to solve the mystery of what was getting into my garden and eating the results of my hard work. Mounted it to a post in the garden looking at my tomato plants. The batteries don't last too long, but I found that I was providing a buffet for several friends. Birds, a ground hog and a raccoon. The first day I set it up I had all three. visitors. The quality of the video was better than expected. It seems well built and was relatively simple to use. I have only used it for a few times so I can't comment on the durability, but it seems to perform as promised. Now I just need to figure out how to secure my garden.
