I just set it up and leave it, works good on any movement to catch what's there. Good color in the daytime and in High Definition.

Takes great pictures and very simple to use! Bought another after seeing how it performed.

This camera works really good for the money spent. It claims to have in color night vision, but I have not had one night vision picture be in color yet. The motion detection is very touchy especially when set on high. The first time I put this camera out set on high Motion detection I had almost 300 pictures of leaves blowing in the wind. Overall a great little camera for the price. The pictures are sharp and pretty clear. Some of the night vision pictures are a little fuzzy and in black-and-white.UPDATE:Just beyond the 90 day Amazon return policy the camera broke. I went out to check it as I normally do (weekly), and it had a blank screen. I took it down thinking it just needed new batteries. Replaced old with fresh store bought batteries, also checked the battery contacts. Nothing, still a blank screen. Just makes clicking noises. First tried the support email from the seller, nothing. No reply. Got a hold of Amazon, who put me in touch with the seller. First the seller said they never got my info from their support email. If you have issues don't bother with that email. No one will reply. Then the seller said they would replace the camera if I gave them my personal info. again. Still waiting....It has been over a month since I started emailing and texting the seller. I will be updating when, and if I ever hear from the seller. Just sent another text through Amazon today. Aggravating! My little $20.00 Tasko Trail cam has held up so much better.

After TWO of these, I gave up and ordered another one. The first one was DOA and wouldn't turn on at all. I returned it and ordered a second one. The second one seemed to be ok - until I brought it inside to charge the lithium batteries and view the pictures and video. Images and video were great. BUT, then I reloaded the batteries and nothing. I double-checked the polarity of the batteries...still nothing. Removed the lithium batteries and tried fresh alkaline batteries and yep, you guessed it, nothing. Decided I was done trying so I boxed it up and returned it and decided to try a different camera. Additional research showed that models with the battery case on one side and camera on the other have issues with the wiring getting pinched in the hinge. We'll see how a different camera with a different architecture works.

This was very disappointing, The camera when it worked was great, but it just stopped working 4 months after I bought it. I do not recommend this camera to anyone and will not buy it again.

JUNK!!! Unreliable motion detector out of the box! Unreliable recording. Pictures were okay quality. Night vision okay quality when triggered. Used it less than 10 times and is no longer working! Screen just flashes blank, no menu. I'm out of return window. Waiting for seller response.

My old Moltrie camera was not working very well. I read the reviews and this camera was recommended. Shipping was very fast. I used the camera screen to set up. Didn't even need the manual. The on screen gave enough information and the menu was easy to follow. The MP4 video is great so far day and night. I did set the Motion Detect to the middle setting as suggested and haven't seen any false triggering of videos. Compared to my old camera this unit is great. At this point in time it's 5 stars all the way.

Just an outstanding trail camera great value

Working well in my backyard with good night vision for watching pesky raccoon. Motion detector works well and picture quality is good. Pretty easy to program; I’m happy with purchase of what might be considered an entry level trail camera. Good value.
