I have used it a couple times now & it seems to work good for getting closer (zoomed in) pictures of wildlife. If you have a thick protective case on your phone, it does not work as well, as a friend tried it. Even my thin Lifeproof case does not allow the phone to fit flush, but I have been able to get some good pictures. Be sure to turn the flash off though. Fit the adapter to the phone first. Adapter can be a little awkward putting onto the monocular the first time or two. I carry them in my Harley tour pack.

Awesome monocular! Easily adjusted with one hand while observing birds. Comfortable in hand. Also easily adjusted for people who wear glasses and back to those who don't. Very impressed!

**Update** Since posting the following review, I was contacted by a Gosky Rep. looking to send me an upgraded cell phone mount and no cost. This astonished me! As stated before, the monocular is Great and so much easier to use then binoculars (for me) so finding this was a blessing! The custermer service here was way above, above and beyond. More then I have ever seen!! Thank you so very much! I would be pleased to do business with them anytime. Purchase with confidence.The monocular is what I expected. The cell phone mount is a joke! Attacking the phone is a twist lock and upon tightening it to secure my phone, one of the pieces snapped! I had only received delivery minutes prior and already have to replace parts.

Don't expect superior optics from a unit in this price range, and you'll be happy with this monocular. The optics are of acceptable quality for anything you're actually likely to be using it for, and the price is very reasonable. I use it for scanning when I'm hunting or scouting out new areas, and it works fine for this purpose. It's faster and easier to use than binoculars, and doesn't get as heavy, or bumped around as much. If you're scouting from a vehicle, this actually is a noteworthy improvement.

My 6 year olds boy loves playing with it. We took it to the park and do some bird watching and he wouldn’t take his hands off them. It also comes with a cool case to fit all the pieces.

This is an amazing telescope for cell phones. I also use it with my own eye to observe subjects in distance. Good quality and nice packaging.

Attaching phone is easy but almost impossible to get in the exact viewing area. Prefer the monocular without attaching phone, does great!

love the lens -comparable to a much more expensive monocular lens that I have. The attachment to the iPhone 6 works great . Here is my first picture taken through a window // I am looking forward to heading outside ..a tripod would be a help I think... the part that attaches to the iPhone also works with another lens I have -which is great. I am not trying to take perfect pictures but want to catch pics of birds to identify.There was a part that wasn't working on the iPhone attacher..but I contacted the SELLER and he got me a perfect part immediately-it was GREAT SERVICE!!

It is very clear seeing from this Monocular! My daughter loves it and she is excited to see birds, see lions from far away at the beach. Also using my iPhone I can take nice close-up pictures. You just need to hold it steady. The pouch it comes with is very convenient, too.
