Clear optics. Works well with IPhone camera. Nice close-up pics of birds at feeder. Plan to take camping come summer. Added a strap to rear lens cap to keep attached to monocular when using to avoid losing lens cover.

When this scope arrives, it is in a very unattractive box. Do not let that fool you. It fooled me. I purchased this for Christmas for my husband, when it arrived, the box was less than appealing. I sent it back and spent instead of $189. on the Bushnell Model. The Bushnell model does not have the phone attachment so I purchased the attachment from this company. The Bushnell is not as powerful as this model. Also, the Bushnell did not work with the phone attachment. I think being able to use your phone for a close-up photo is the entire fun reason for this product, so I reordered this. My husband LOVES it. He has been playing with it all day. Great for travel, backpacking, and bird- wildlife photos!

Easy to connect to iPhone - must use tri-pod to keep steady, but allows greater use of camera. Very neat concept and well made, packaged and easy instructions. Good find.

Hole in the phone holder of monocular is small. It doesn`t fit the size of camera lens of i-phone 7 plus. So I returned this item.

This is a nice monocular. It holds steady in one hand and provides sharp images of what you are viewing.
