The picture quality on this is very good. My husband uses this for his land and it picks up a good amount of motion!

Strapped it to a tree using the included straps, checked it the next day and already have motion captures from some critters. Unfortunately no deer but its a start. Both day and night captures appear clear and visible. Using this with rechargeable NIMH batteries. Included 32gb SD seems to do the job well enough.

The camera is small and lovely, the most important thing is that it has good performance, easy to carry, simple operation and complete functions! They have been easy to use and performed without a hitch. The batteries have a long life. The picture is clear. For MY purposes I wish they were a bit smaller and easier to hide, but I'm using them in my backyard to monitor trespassers.

Worked great! We had something going around the chicken coop. Put the camera up and set the time we wanted to monitor. A few days later, we saw the raccoon. The ability to set on and off times was most helpful.
