You can't get more radio for the money... or double the money...... Just make sure you get the upgraded antenna, or a third party antenna. The stock antenna is not total junk, but it's not great.

This is NOT the best radio out there BUT it IS the best for the money‼️ The software is impressive for such a small, inexpensive radio. Just be sure to purchase the genuine BTECH programming cable and NOT the less expensive knockoff!

Far too difficult to program even a few frequencies by hand. Radio should come with cable and programming software as it is useless without it.Good coverage of three ham bands, and wider receive on FM. Again, for the price, very serviceable unit.

I am extremely satisfied with this little Tri-Band radio. I did purchase a tri-band antenna so I didn’t have to change antennas when I used the 220 band. Everyone that I talk to thru the local repeaters say my modulation and voice sound well. Many can’t believe I was transmitting on an HT. I have 5 small UHF/VHF radios. This Btech is my go to HT radio.
