Microphone itself is great. The mount is terrible. They did give 2 in the box, first one broke the first time putting the mic in.I bought a 3rd party shock mount to replace the stock one.

Using this as my day to day microphone, but my wife always wants to borrow it for filming. We greatly appreciate the standard 1/4" thread for mounting on a variety of things. Sound quality is so good I don't bother using my headset mic any more.

I used this mic for streaming my wedding ceremony. It worked wonders!! It didnt cause any feedback with the other audio equipment and everyone watching was able to clearly hear the ceremony and share in the day with us!

I tested out the Audio to see the difference with and without it, but it was hardly noticeable.It was a meh purchase

Mounts are hopeless. Broke in 1 day after it was put on and not taken off.

Recently assembled 50+ web presenter kits for a client. We tested 10 USB mics and a few like this that used a USB adapter some with prices over $100. This little shotgun was the winner for sound quality over almost all of them. We use them on a small tripod that sits next to a laptop. Yes, the red clips are flimsy. They appear to be shipping a spare with them now. Not a big deal as we don't remove the mic from the shoe mount. Our testing was at a very short range so I cannot comment on use as a DSLR shotgun.

One of the few items that I’ve ordered from Amazon warehouse and doesn’t have any issues. I’ve only recorded about 15min of audio with it, but so far it sounds great.
