This is an amazing tripod for most types of photography. It is beautiful to look at, especially with the candy apple red metal fittings and is solidly constructed. No cheap plastics or faux metal here. I bought this specifically for the transverse beam feature to hold my rather weighty D7000 and 105mm Micro Nikkor while doing macro photography. The only minor frustration was finding the transverse column (it wasn't detailed in the instructions) but I realized after watching an online video that it was neatly hidden away in the centre column. Everything about this tripod, even the handsome, padded carrying case exudes an air of quality (just remember to collapse the legs upward to make it fit in the bag!). This is my second K&F product -- my first was a flash -- and I can't say enough about their product quality and attention to detail. Some legacy brand names the photography world could certainly learn from this innovative company!

I got this because my old tri-pod was very jerky when moving on a zoomed in view.

This one is really smooth and adjust to a variety of different uses. The arca-swiss mount is very handy as well.

Very nice quality and handy to use. Folds up into very small space as well.

Reviews piqued my curiosity and I wasn't disappointed. The tripod was delivered within 2 days. Unpacked and examined, conclusion, I bought the right thing. Only the operating instructions are somewhat poor, especially if you are looking for the boom. It is cleverly installed in the center column. Class for that 5 points. The height adjustability is impeccable. The adjustment possibilities of the ball head are flawless. I already have a heavy Manfrotto and a roll-up tripod. But this K&F will be my hero. The extremely maximum working height is also remarkable. The center of gravity is well balanced, also in the application of the boom. For this price you get a great all-round tripod. The above written is my own personal opinion without any influence of third parties.

Great tripod. I absolutely love it.
It's a bit heavier than the one I have but it's understandable since it needs to suppot a camera horizontally as well as vertically.
I initially purchased this for my top down youtube videos where I draw stuff and before this I had a very sketchy DIY setup.
Now it's way easier to set my camera up and on the go. This immediately became my go to tripod even when traveling.

Wanted a tripod that I can use in many ways, such as close-ups that are close to the ground. Since I already have a few things from K&F Concept, I decided on this one again this time because the manufacturer is absolutely top so far. Processing as well as functionality and optics are top in my opinion. There are also no defects in terms of operation that screws or other parts are difficult to move. As said. The price for the quality is perfectly fine for me and I can recommend it

For a long time I've been looking for a tripod that's light, strong, tall, has a ball head and panorama function AND is affordable. This tripod exceeded my expectations. The tripod comes packed in a protective cover with a shoulder strap. The ball head is protected by a cloth bag (against scratches but certainly also against contamination). The first set-up works without any problems and intuitively even without the operating instructions. The feet can be adjusted to different angles using the brackets on the joint and the stand is really solid - nothing wobbles! The center column can be installed the other way around so that the camera hangs down between the legs - this allows for really great photo positions! If you pull out the middle rod as far as it will go, you can tilt it by 90° (see photo). However, you should make sure that the camera protrudes at most up to the level of the base, otherwise it becomes very unstable. Regarding the ball head: I am also more than enthusiastic about it. The camera is held very firmly via the quick-release plate. Here's a very small note: I would have liked to be able to adjust the position of the camera on the quick-release plate (keyword nodal point for panoramas, etc.). Since the ball head is Arca-Swiss compatible, you can also use other quick-release plates without any problems. The joint itself is smooth-running but also offers a suitable resistance. The panorama function with scale behaves in a similar way, so that panoramas or time-lapse recordings with a smooth panning are easily possible. But the best thing about the tripod is the very attractive price! You would pay significantly more for a comparable tripod from a well-known brand.
