LOVE THE SOUND QUALITY but I think I had a defective Kitten. Shooting a private event ended in an unfortunate series of events. The screw on the adapter ring feel off causing the ring to slip and my mic to fall off. When I picked up the pieces I couldn't find the screw or the kitten. I own a large mic and know that the dead cat has to click on this one did not. I don't see a way to file for a replacement so I'm bummed that I have to buy a new ring and mini-mic. Is there anything you can do to help?

It’s good. I was expecting more from the brand and product. Simply ok to use indoors but have not used much outdoors as it was intended.

I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this microphone system. I used this for a remote shoot, attached the receiver to my camera using the shoe mount and the sound quality was perfect. I also used this system for voice overs running the line thru a mixer and sound quality was perfect. For the money you won't find a better wireless microphone system. Would purchase again.

Used with a GoPro. Works as it should. I'd buy again if I had to.

I've been using this with my Canon M50 for the last few weeks with little or no issue. Slid the mount into the slot and plugged it in and was off to filming with better quality audio over the camera's built-in mics. The Shock Mount has been effective and even though I tend to walk around while blogging, haven't noticed a mic knock or wind sound. Though it does a fairly good job of isolating background noise, it will still pick up the furnace, air condition or music in the room next to me. However, for the price, I didn't expect it to work as well as it does. This mic does not have a pre-amp and there are issues with some cameras and setting the gain. I highly suggest that you do your research or step up to the Pro which has a built-in pre-amp.
