this speaker is the bomb we use it all the time, and recently had family over and it actually was used for 7 hours without needing to be charged.

Got one of these (and a replacement) around Q1 2021, and both had a similar issue that make them unusable for us - When charging and playing audio the speaker emits awful static and other weird noises that make it unusable. Removing the power cord immediately resolved the issues, but if you want some sort of semi-static emplacement (not re-doing the plug over and over) it just isn't usable.

Great sound and loud enough to drown out anything short of an 8" subwolfer. They perform wonderfully. I highly recommend. Well worth the price.
