So happy with this product and customer service! Very fun to fly and great for beginners. Product is very good quality, had an issue with the camera but it was probably my own fault. Customer service was excellent, responded very quick and resolved the issue for me. Highly recommend this drone and this company.

Item came very fast from seller and exactly as shown on Amazon. Have flown twice and straight out of the box it is very easy to set up and get flying. Would definitely recommend this drone for a first time flyer

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drone and the case. The setup was easy using the online video tutorial with the instruction manual as a backup. I did a quick flight but will wait for the Seattle weather to clear up before I put it to the test.

This is my 3rd drone and by far the Ruko F11 GIM is the best. Easy to set up ,responds well and the video quality is amazing.

Easy to fly after reading short instructions .My first drone I love it.Just purchased a second one outstanding performance now my wife is hooked on itThis drone was stuck in a tree and rained on for three weeks when i finally retrieved itstill works great.
