I received a damaged and used drone. The rotar bases are rusted, the blades have water spots on them, and the drone casing is scratched. It might be a good product, but I'm pretty upset that Amazon/Ruko would send me a used hunk of garbage when I paid for brand new.

I used this drone 3x, and all 3 times crashed. Twice while after pushing the home button, and once when my teenager was using it. Here in the Pacific Northwest, there are tall trees everywhere, and its hard to avoid them from the ground. Now its stuck up a 100ft tree. I suggest getting a drone with collision avoidance.If you do buy this drone, I suggest watching the instruction video thoroughly first, and perhaps a longer video from a user. Helpful tip, a small cell phone can be held in the forward clip and a large phone can be held in the side clips. You really need to use both controllers to operate the drone.

This is my first drone and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Decided to go with the RUKO option after reading several reviews and watched a few flying instruction videos. This drone is vey easy to operate and control. The remote works seamlessly and the app is extremely easy to use. The flying time from the batteries is pretty decent. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a mid price range drone.

I’ve been flying Drones a good while now and this one happens to be the best one so far. The app and flying is very user friendly. It has a good distance and height range. I also love that in GPS mode you basically can’t loose the drone. Once your out of range it returns home.The camera speaks for itself1click return home.3 different fly modesGPS and follow me mode

Out of the box, this drone is super easy to fly. It is set up in a beginner mode that you can turn off as you grow more comfortable with flying it. It's also very powerful. I was used to launching my old drone from the covered patio behind my home... not realizing the power upgrade, I very nearly launched the new one into the ceiling overhead. That said, the ease of control made it so I could recover in time.

After reversing the drone quickly, it started falling out the sky. New update, the company made things right. I’m impressed with the customer service and happy to update my review to a 5 star!
