So the first drone I got the GPS unit malfunction and it went straight into a tree. Because it has a good camera and it's a good price I got a replacement. The replacement lost signal and instead of returning to regain signal it went down under a bridge never to be seen again. Do not recommend if your wanting to do videos or picture of things farther then 500 feet or things that might take the drone out of sight. The open WIFI between the drone and controller don't seem to be stable enough to do long range videos or photos.

Great for beginners easy to fly

I had an initial problem with a drone malfunction. The company, Ruko, went far above and beyond in their response to my negative experience and have made sure that I was completely taken care of. Based on the quality of the customer service experience I would buy from this company again and would recommend their products.

I love this drone I have spent lots of hours outdoors enjoying the view of nature. I also love how the customer service was able to help with any questions I had. I had problem with my control losing charge and they replaced the whole drone and control at no charge. I love when companies do their best to helping their customers. I would recommend this drone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was impressed with the quality of the build and the manual. -- While the manual could still have been more comprehensive, it was light years ahead of many of the manuals I've seen from the smaller Chinese manufactures and allowed me to get to the first flight quickly. -- The fit and finish were very nice. The unit was well built and well designed. -- The gimbal seemed very delicate and I suspect it may break but it does come with a protective cover when carried. -- For a first drone, it's very intimidating due to its size and power so operate in a wide-open flat area without people. -- The pre-flight instructions were good and in practice worked exactly how they stated. -- Also impressed that it came with a nice hardshell case, 2 batteries, extra blades, and controller. -- I really liked the controller with its large fixed screen whose functions are backlit when activated and other single-function buttons. It makes it easier to remember their functions are and quickly get to them and also make a quick glance at the controller to get status. -- Due to its weight above .55 lbs, the drone has to be registered with the FAA and that costs $5. -- I contacted support by email and got a response the next day.The Could Be Better. -- STATUS LIGHTS NOT BRIGHT: The status lights under the drone are necessary to understand its status before the flight and they are hard to see. I had to bend down and get up close to see them. Of course, this is during the day and flying at night is a moot point because it's illegal to fly at night. -- NOT SURE ITS 4K VIDEO: I thought the video was OK. Looking closer at the camera, I see the camera has an HD label on it which makes me think it's a 1080P camera and upconverted to 4K. -- RUKO NOT THE MFR? there is another identical drone sold by another company even with the same model number. This makes me wonder if Fuko is the manufacture or just rebranding and distributing? It's a concern because I'd like to know when I contact for support I'm getting the experts trained by the manufacturer.

This drone definitely met my expectations for the price point and it is something that I would recommend for someone who’s not looking for a professional drone but one that is highly capable of doing a lot for the money.If I were to rated against the more professional drones it would have to be rated less, but in the price point that it is in it does a lot of great things.One of the things that I haven’t gotten to work is the Google maps that you have uses to set the way points. I bought this drone to take a picture of my property to sell it and it took great pictures.Case is great.Run time is ok.Controller is hard to see in the sun, but easy to use.GPS feature is easy to setup, I’ve only had to setup it up once and I’ve use it in many locations.

So far Im still learning hopefully will be a great drone for us .
