I needed a camera and a sound bar for PC and this was a great solution, video is great and sound is OK. There is some issues with W10, every here and then the system doe snot get recognized and you need to either reboot the PC or reconnect the USB cable and somehow the sound stops when you go below a setting of 10 in windows...makes it harder to select a very quite sound setting - otherwise, its a quick and easy. Also works great for Laptop stations when you want the sound coming from where you look at (the camera) and not from the laptop sitting in its station.

Truly was plug and play. Everything just worked immediately after plugging it into my PC. Sound quality in the speakers is adequate for web meetings, but they can’t replace other speakers for music or gaming. Overall very satisfied.

We returned this item, kept a different one we liked better. The ringlight was too bright, over exposed on the face. We saw no adjustment, although we did not study it long. The setup program offered no options.

I did not have a camera and the speaker in my monitor was not any good. I purchased this item thinking that it would solve all problems. But it did not. It is find for Zoom meetings, but I had to purchase another speaker (only) for videos and facebook, i.e. watching church.

I love the light ring and quality of image.

It is very easy to set up. The picture and sound quality is perfect. Very nice to have the camera cover.

Just received this webcam. Liked the fact that it was just plug and play as mentioned. There was no installation required. Camera seem to be ok but not better than my laptop. Speaker sounds good and loud. Haven't used the mic much yet. Should try the product for all day use and see how it performs.

Purchased this wanting a three in one option so I can ditch my headset and have a speaker. I use a docking laptop so when it is closed I cannot hear sound. This was one of the few that offered a speaker, microphone and camera all in one.That said, I was surprised and disappointed it did not come with an adjustable mount or tripod. Even the cheap versions came with something to customize the mount. I did not anticipate the mounting being an issue especially given the higher price, however it was impossible to mount this on my slim desktop monitors.The whole point of purchasing this WebCam was to simplify my set up. It is not simple.Because I use multiple monitors, I could not mount on a standard large tripod such as used with a halo light - where would I place the tripod without moving monitors and taking up floor space?I ended up purchasing an Amazon Basics mini tripod for the top of my desk to sit in front of my monitors. Still it is about 6 inches too short to be at proper face height, However I managed to stack a few books under it and make it work. This is not ideal and not a permanent solution.I have spent more than enough time trying to find a solution to this problem therefore the reason for my four star review. That said, the photo quality is great, the microphone works and I have received feedback it is clear. It is plug and play with no issues. I will continue to find a solution for the mount, as frustrating as that is the camera does it’s job.

I have a laptop that has built-in webcam that isn't very good (camera is low res and down by the keyboard, and the laptop speaker and microphone are poor. I use the laptop off to the side, hooked up to triple monitors. So if I use my laptop camera, it shows a side view of me. This C980 webcam with speakers is a great replacement. Plug-and-play, just had to config Microsoft Teams to use the new device. I tested it with a co-worker and he said the camera and sound quality were great. The speakers on my end were a bit tinny, but definitely do the job. This is a great all-in-one webcam + microphone + speaker combo.
