I read all of the negative reviews prior to purchasing and have not experienced any issues with this. I was concerned about the sound and mic but they work great with no echo. Picture is stunning so be sure to do your hair lol. Works great on teams/Skype/Webex and was plug and play with little to no setup. Works great in low light too.

Far superior to my laptop camera. I got a tripod as well - and the light and cam combo makes me look 1000% better on web conferencing! I facilitate meetings all the time and do a lot of sales presentations. Great quality. Awesome purchase. Wish I did so much sooner during the pandemic! Like other reviewers say it does a great job at showing you be the whole room. Looks very professional compared to most others using web conferencing.

I was hoping that the ring light on the camera would be enough to light my face and Cut down on the need to figure out alternate lighting in the room. I didn’t feel that the light was strong enough to do much of anything. I returned the item with no problem whatsoever.

This is easy to set up, and I love having camera/mic/speakers all in one piece. The sound isn't great, and my computer isn't able to adjust the volume very much. I keep it on the desk in front of my computer because I don't have a mounting screw on my monitor. Overall, it does the job.
