Bought this for video conferencing for work-from-home. Plugged it in to USB during a video call and it just worked right away! All I had to do was select it as my camera.Had it for a couple weeks now and it's still working great. Picture is much clearer than my built-in laptop cam. I have not experimented with other features besides the camera.Expensive brand-name cam was sold out forever so I tried this and am glad I did at <half the price of that one!

The video quality of this camera is really good. I used to use the one on my laptop and since I've made the change people noticed the difference.My only complaint would be regarding sound. Even though it sounds OK, people were hearing echoes whenever I spoke, so I don't think the noise-canceling features on the microphones work well.

It's a nice unit, but if you're working from home and would prefer people DO NOT to see you ENTIRE room in the background, avoid this camera. The lens angle is very wide. Great if you have a conference table full of people that want to be in view (pre-Covid). Not great if you're working from a home office that isn't completely spotless in every corner. I'll likely be returning mine.

I researched USB attached cameras for hours, but this one had higher positive remarks than the others with the features I needed (1080p recording, external speakers, noise cancelling microphones). We used it to record an executive presentation with software called Flashback Pro and then hosted in Microsoft Stream. They'll continue to use the camera to for web meetings in a large conference room. The camera has a bit of "fish eye" effect, but colors are very vivid and sharp. Very happy with it.

This is a great plug and play web camera! The picture is crisp & clear and sound is excellent! My room lighting does not result in overexposure, like precious plug and play cameras. I like the lens-cap for privacy, also. It’s a great web camera.

I bought this camera because it specifically stated it works with WebEx and it does reliably work with WebEx whereas other cameras were intermittent. The sound has decent frequency range and volume.The other important aspect is I refuse to use Windows 10 due to automatic updates and there are no issues when running on Windows 7 even though it is coming to the end of its support life.

Bought this after another I purchased in April simply stopped being recognized by Win 10. This has a great picture and was plug and play easy. Use mainly for web meetings and is perfect with Zoom.

This webcam build quality is great, video is excellent, the mics are strong, but the audio sound is not what I can live with, it is a little too much echo or sound effect that makes me feel like audio distortion. One more thing I don't like about is the side of the webcam is too big, for me the smaller the webcam size the better.
