I use this for my work due to country wide stay-home-order, everybody need to work from home.I didn't use my laptop integrated camera because I connect my laptop to big screen, and normally kept my laptop lid closed at my desk, which make the integrated camera useless.This webcam can easily seat on top of my large monitor by itself without any other external support.It comes with a robber cover, you can cover your webcam when you are not using it. This provided a great option for your privacy, and in case your laptop gets hijacked, the cover provided good physical security.To my surprise, the microphone comes with it have a great quality, better than my purpose bought headset microphone. I have retired my special purchased microphone, and use its microphone during my video conferencing.The camera have pretty wide angle to cover wide area. My only wish, it would be great if there is a "zoom in", "zoom-out" function. The more it can "zoom in", the less office space area it requires me to tidy up.Given the high quality of camera and microphone, and reasonable function to price ratio, I give it a 5 star.

This new C980 Pro Webcam is fantastic in every way. Perhaps the biggest upgrade from its predecessor, the C960, is the fact that they included an attached rubber Webcam cover: something that I wish the C960 included.This C980 Pro Webcam has dual speakers that carries crisp, clear treble that is great for conference calls, like Zoom and Google Hangout. It also gives a really nice wide angle view. I have this attached to my living room TV and it works like a charm when I'm doing fitness virtual Zoom classes.You can't go wrong with eMeet. They truly invest in providing the best customer experience and go above and beyond to make sure everything was right with your order. I have owned 3-4 products from them now and I really appreciate their product design, usability, and support. Thank you!

A lot packed into this camera. It's about twice the size as my old Logitech and closer to the size of Apple's 4K camera (but not quite as large). A camera cover is included, and customer service was very helpful with dealing with an issue.

Great webcam with very clear image and good sound.This webcam I use for on top of my external screen which enables me to have good eye contact with those involved in the meeting (I use a laptop and external screen, the laptop has a build in camera). The quality of the eMeet camera is excellent and the built in speakers are good as well. I also have the eMeet speakerphone which I prefer in regards of sound quality, but to have it all in one, this camera does the job very well.Also I tested the microphone on it and it picks sounds very good.All in all, I would say this is a good buy and good technology.It comes with a little pouch to store your camera in safely.

I've been using the C980 for some time, and when the new C980 Pro came out I was excited to try it out. I've used the Logitech C930 for a while, and was looking for something less expensive for home use, especially since lately I'm on conference calls almost all day. My primary needs were all met -- specifically: -- Brightness - this captures light better than the C930, and is definitely the brightest webcam I've used. It's great since I keep my room fairly dark. (see picture above) -- Integrated Speaker -- I didn't realize I needed this until I got it. Since Mac won't control the audio output over HDMI, I wanted something that could be volume controlled through my computer (it shows up as a speaker output) as well as something where the sound was coming from the same direction as my camera, a much more natural experience when you're trying to look into the camera. This speakers aren't super hi-fi (<1" drivers after all), but it's considerably louder than my monitor speaker and very clear for conferencing. -- wIde field of view. This seems similar to the 930 (see picture above) -- great if you've got multiple people behind a table and need to all be in the shot. (see picture above) -- multiple microphones - this picks up all the voices in the room with good background noise removal. The 4 microphones work extremely well, and I've had several people ask me what I'm using.Great value and a good all around product.

This is a great product. High quality. Good picture and sound quality. As others have said it’s not small but I really like it. Another great product from eMeet! Quickly becoming a fixture in my home office.

Great webcam. The best thing about it is the cover! I no longer need to worry about my privacy if someone hack my PC. This is a feature that other webcams don't have.

This is beyond my expectation! Good looking and super easy to use. I simply connected it to the computer and can use it directly without any extra configurations. I am satisfied with the wide angle video.Btw the delivery is also really fast.

The lens is clearly better quality than any other webcam I've used. Even if you have a camera built into your laptop, this will give a much more professional picture.

I loved this webcam! I had purchased others in the past, but they looked and felt pretty flimsy as opposed to the sturdier appearance here. Even the packaging on this was much better. I was happily surprised to find that it had a rubber lens cover for privacy.I use the webcam mostly for Teams, Zoom and FaceTime, and the setup was fully transparent. The four microphones pick up the audio great, and the two speakers project the sound right to me so that is great, too. I found that the sound coming to me this way simply provides a better "feeling" for virtual connection.Another unexpected benefit that I discovered is that when in Zoom I click on "Enable HD", it actually captures a wider angle which works wonderfully for when there are more people in the room.The fact that I can screw it onto a small tripod allows me to finally have the camera separate from my screen, which in turn allows me to set the screen at its best viewing angle without having to consider how the camera, the speakers or the microphone are placed. Very satisfied!
