Quality item - sharp picture, easy to use, the features are awesome. If needed, I would recommend it to family and friends.

Mic and speakers are great. The camera has moving horizontal lines.

Plugged it in and it worked although it took a bit to get my computer to recognize the camera. The sound is not amazing but it is good enough for what I need.

Holy crap! This camera is awesome! For being such a good price, I was not expecting it to work as well as it does, but I have the previous reviews the benefit of the doubt, and I'm so happy I did. Camera is great, microphones work awesome, and the speakers are super clear and not tinny at all! Definitely buy this one!

This camera would have been so much better if it had available software with the ability to flip the image. Other than that, the image quality was decent. The touch sensor for the light was a bit too sensitive though. Ended up replacing this camera almost immediately after installing it.

I returned the first one I ordered because the audio kept cutting off. The second one has long lags in the video. For the cost I was really expecting better quality. Would not recommend. The cheap one I had before works better than this one.

I've now had this camera almost a year and it's time to replace it. It was literally the only one in stock back when the pandemic began. The resolution is razor sharp and everything works--but there is no software that comes with it and you can't adjust its picture except for what little the various applications provide. I've used it on Zoom, Teams, Webex, RingCentral, Skype, and a few others I can't remember. My issue is that it's too bright or too much contrast. I have to close all of the windowshades and block out most light to keep from appearing too faded out. And I end up in a dim room for every call. The slightest amount of light from my shutters appears as a blinding white beam of light, washing out a large area. I have light colored hair and it turns to bright white. I've tried and tried and can't get it to calm down so it's time to get something else.

This camera is decent. Speakers work well. Picture is good. But I’m often told that there is an echo when I’m in meetings and I have to switch to my laptop microphone
